The Sato family were incredible hosts. Not only were they accommodating of my needs as a solo traveler in the tatami room (which was a VERY comfortable and plush futon bed!!), they looked out for me as a solo female traveler as well, making sure I got home safely. Not only that, but they went to great lengths to assist me when I discovered I had lost my wallet after I had departed for Otaru, following up on every location I had visited until the police received it from a taxi driver and it was retrieved-- even though I was a guest for a single night. I am truly indebted to them and highly recommend this guesthouse-- you will wish you were staying longer. さらに表示

Superb Host, friendly Otosan and Okasan.. Comfortable home, clean and tidy.. We slept well and in the night.. 👍 Great location, short walking distance to famous Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse.. We drive there, there's free parking space just outside the house.. 😍 さらに表示

All is perfect! The sweet couple host is really friendly, when we exhaustedly arrived, they served us with drink, the home is really cozy, clean, and unique architecture. The laundry is cheap (200 yen with dryers), and supermarket is nearby just 4min walk, and they gave us memorable souvenirs ever, even the father drove us to the station. In the night we went to the rope way by taxi about 550 yen. Really want to come back just for stay in the homey pension! さらに表示

Staying at Pension Jokura was an amazing experience. Location-wise, it is conveniently close to the red brick warehouses, motomachi and Mount Hakodate ropeway. The pension is like a homestay and Sato-san and his wife were very welcoming and friendly people, while respectful of personal space. The room was cosy and the shared bathroom and shower was exceptionally clean. Sato-san fetched me to the JR train station on my last day at around 5:45am so I could make it on time for my 6:10am train. I am really blessed and thankful for the experience at Pension Jokura. さらに表示

这家家庭旅馆是我北海道之旅的惊喜，房子非常温馨有格调，里面的装饰品都很精致，非常整洁干净，交通也很方便，距离几个景点走路都可以到达，应给说是我有生以来住过最满意的民宿了。店主相当的有爱，为我们准备了一份独特的礼物，并且为我们拍了照片，在我们出去的时候，他就把照片晒好，回来的时候一进门就收到了礼物，满满的惊喜，晚上还免费送我们去吃饭，第二天一大早就开车送我们去jr车站坐车，大爱房主夫妇二人！感谢你们，让我的函馆之旅特别的难忘和珍贵。你们如此用心经营，生意必定会红红火火。看到这家店的朋友不用犹豫，赶紧预定，一定不会后悔！ さらに表示
