6畳の和室に2人で滞在。3人まで可とのことだがちょっと無理かな。部屋にはコンパクトにまとめられた設備が一通りあり不便は無い。バスタブ付きでシャワーの湯温・量とも問題無い。WiFiの状態も良い。 5号線沿いで分かりやすい立地。車だったので気にならなかったが、コンビニ・飲食店はすぐ近くには無いが問題無いレベル。駐車場は屋根付きで雨の時に助かった。 レビューを見ると外国人の利用が多いようで、和式の部屋だが鍵も掛かるし、バス・トイレは洋式で使い易く、なるほど外国人受けするような宿であった。 さらに表示

We had a pleasant stay at Pension Puppy Tail. The location is very close to Hakodate Station as described. The photos of the room are all the same as described. It’s a very warm & comfortable hotel with great location, walking distance from JR station. Everything just perfectly prepared with great hospitality from the boss & his staff. Room was cleaned with amenities replenished Everyday. The boss even offered us a ride to JR station upon we check out. さらに表示

This place is about 10 minutes walking distance from Hakodate station and very easy to locate. The single room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is huge and facilities are great. There is a musty smell in the room however it did not bother me as much. Overall a good place to stay with a great value. さらに表示

To be honest, i booked this place very last minute as plan changed due to several reason. therefore, i did not whole any expectation and i just want a place to sleep and prepare for the early rush to sapporo. However, the owner here really warmed me up. I was sitting at the living room at late night due to insomnia, since it was late night, the heater is off as well(Its winter season). while i was sitting at there and playing some games on my phone, the owner walk to me and ask me if i need the heater to be switch on, i quickly reject his offer as i don't feel cold at that time and i was going up to my room soon. the next morning, i woke at around 5A.M as i need to rush to sapporo (Ticket at 7AM), i quickly pack up my stuffs and heating up the bento i bought yesterday, the old uncle (i guess its owner) come out again and talk to me politely, it was really heart warming, although i am not a japanese expert, i manage to communicate with him with some simple "nihongo" and gestures, he was extremely friendly, sharing his life event showing his politeness, when i was about to leave, he send me out and bow-ed to me. although i was just here for less than 8hour but i do find this place extremely warm. I really hope to meet that uncle again and share my story, my countries culture with him! really a nice place to stay i would say! さらに表示

~10mins walk from JR station, the hostel was not difficult to find. Owner of hostel was very welcoming, tried to explain to guests about different sightseeing sites in Hokodate with the best English he had. Appreciating! The house was no longer new but obviously under good care. Seldom could I see such a luxurious design not in a hotel, but an ordinary Japanese-run hostel. Nonetheless, furniture and decorations in the lobby and in rooms and toilets fascinated me with their details! Whist some major living culture of Japanese were kept in place, such as the Tatami and the big tub of hot water for relaxation after shower. I'm loving it! Although the single room I had appear just enough for 1 person, I still found my stay very comfortable :) さらに表示

This is a comfort and very friendly owner n staff in hakodate. I really recomended this hotel with luxury ameneties and toilleties. We stay 3d2n and everyday the owner give pocky/chocolte snak to my boy and when we'll going into to hakodate morning market the owner borrow me a jacket to my boy who sleep in his stroller (warm&kindly help). This hotel just 5menit by walk from jr station just go straight and turn left and near here has a japanesse resto with delicious udon (open till midnight). Thank you pension puppy tail. I had a great stay. Owner knows English, everyone was nice. Room was clean, had electric bed to keep warm in autumn. Bathroom was clean, toilet seats were warm, modern. Every thing you need available and then some. I just docked some points on location because there are nearer places to the train station like Smile Hotel. But if you don't mind walking one or two blocks, Puppy Tail is a great place to stay! The lobby is tiny, but don't be put off. Rooms and bathrooms are totally awesome. さらに表示

5 minute walking distance from JR station. Good for stay for a night in Hakodate. Bedroom is clean and tidy. But the rooms are not noise-proof, luckily not many people stayed in that night. Also, rooms are on the second floor and no elevator, you need to take the baggages upstairs. さらに表示

The room was comfortable and clean, altough there isn't much space left when you lay out all the futons. I had to put our luggage bags in wardrobe instead. The toilet is outside along the corridor, so it is inconvenient especially at night for the children. However, it is very clean. The room uses a kerosene heater so the smell can get to you sometimes, but since it is in mid-winter, we cant do without it. さらに表示

This accommodation is own by a family. When I arrived Pension Puppy Tail, I felt a comfortable and Japanese house feeling. Just about 5-10 minutes walk from Hakodate Train Station. There are 2-3 convenience stores around there. さらに表示

Pension Puppy Tail is rather small and has more of a home-stay feel to it, however the service is very warm and welcoming. The owners are very friendly and see to it that your needs are attended to. They speak English as well! さらに表示

Staff are so friendly and sweet. Although I can't speak any Japanese, there's English friendly:) The room was sooooooo cute, it was totally traditional Japanese style. The location is very good. It only take 10 mins walking to JR station. I'll recommend to all of my friends:) さらに表示

Very clean and simple modern ryokan with a great location (quiet and feels away from any city hustle & bustle) just 5 to 7 mins walk to the JR station. We had a room with an attached bathroom and it was small but normal-sized for Japanese modern ryokan standards. Owner, Fukui-San was very friendly and helpful. Checked in for one night into a Japanese-style family room and two Western-style twin rooms (seven of us in total). Staff very friendly and helpful! Our rooms were on the second floor. One of our party could not walk well and thus used a wheelchair which we were able to leave downstairs. Fortunately he could manage some stairs on own, else would not have been able to stay. The property is a few minutes walk from the train station in the opposite direction of the Morning Market, but not so far as to cause any problems. In fact, it was a lot closer to the Nissan rental car company office that we picked up our car from (which is a station location, but actually a block away from the station). The Japanese style room came with three futons that we unrolled at night and rolled up again in the morning. We asked and got rooms with private bath which were fine. As we are not particularly keen on Ryokans, we selected PuppyTail because everything else was quite expensive. We were surprised this time! Spacious, well equipped and well kept room, with a very nice bathroom (not shared!) and, a very lovely staff. The owner of the place even gave us a lift back to the station! Highly recommended! さらに表示

Everything is good, they have upgraded us to better room. But I think this Hotel available smoking inside the rooms...Because when they cleaning the rooms, I saw a lot of used cigarette dispose to dustbin. Luckily the room they provided us did not have any smell. さらに表示
