到着が深夜になりましたが、迅速に対応していただきました。 部屋には水の他に菓子パンが用意されており、すごく嬉しかったです。北館を利用しめしたが、水周りもとにかく綺麗で清潔！ また利用させていただきます。 さらに表示

クチコミの評価がよかったので予約しましたが、部屋には髪の毛が落ちているし、不潔に感じて家族もがっかり。別館のフロントにはスタッフがおらず、館内の出入りやエレベーターの乗降にもカードキーが必要なため、1枚しかカードキーを渡されていなかったので、大変不便な思いをしました。訪日客向けに適当な営業をしているのか、およそホテルとしての体裁をなしていないと思いました。 さらに表示

Pleia Hotel is one station away from Namba. Its more or less 500m walking to the nearest train and subway station. Its located in a quite place in Namba. Hotel is new and clean. With free mineral water and snack everyday. Easy check in and check out. さらに表示

we stayed as a familie . The place was close to both JR and Metro station. The stuff was helpful and kind and the Room was clean. The only negative thing for us was that we couldn't open the window ( it is not allowed) and the balcony is not for use. The room for 4 ppl is very small , if you travel with suitcase there is not place to open it, for us it was o.k. we only had small begs. Room is bigger than expected. Tatami style room, bathroom and toilet not share. Very close to train station. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, feel free to ask them. They do provide snacks everyday for you. さらに表示

The hotel located between two main train lines JR Immamiya and Midosuji/Yodabashi Daikokucho station. Very convenient to move around Osaka. One stop away from Namba. Family mart and Lawson are near too. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They provide small towels and sandwiches everyday. Thank you PLEIA Hotel for your good services. Comfortable and great location. Love how the bathroom has warmer and the room is bright. We used the washing machine and dryer at the lobby too. It was around 3$? to use the washingmachine and about the same price for dryer さらに表示

We had a nice stat at Pleia Hotel recently. The location is great although it’s away from the busy area and has quiet surroundings. It’s close to JR and Metro line, you may take the train to Namba or Shinsaibashi with just 1-2 stops away. It is a clean hotel. Everyday they will provide you sandwiches, bottles water and toiletries. The staff were nice, special mention to this Filipino guy who assisted us promptly. The facility is well-secured as well. Definitely staying here again when I visit Osaka in the future. さらに表示

My daughter loved the tatami and sleeping on the floor. the location is between a 5 mins walk to JR imamiya and 5 mins to subway Daikokucho ( where you can buy the 2 days amazing osaka pass) .. lots of convenience stores, but the place is in a quiet place which was fine by us. they have a coin laundry machine and dryer, and a microwave in each of the ground lobby of the main building and the annex building. this is great as we could buy yummy japanese food from the convenience store.. most times, when we get back, restaurants are already closed. there are free sandwiches with different flavours that were decided. so there is no options to choose esp if you are a Muslim or vegetarian.. we got our non-halal sandwiches, we gave it to to front desk..staff have limited english proficiency but very helpful さらに表示

The hotel is situated in between 2 different station. Particularly a JR station and a Local subway. It’s great for traveling if you are using any of the pass. Housekeeping is done everyday. The property is a residential building converted as a hotel so the room size is great, imagine an apartment without the kitchen. The bathroom is big enough as well. P.S. for the management, Ido san was great in helping with me my booking even though his language is limited. さらに表示

Conveniently located between Daikokucho subway and JR line, though my room was at Annexe building. Few good eateries around especially the Ohana restaurant that sells juicy Katsu. Polite and helpful staff who are around to help. さらに表示

The location is superb!! Very near to the JR Imamiya Station and Metro Daikokucho Station. It takes around 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the station. 1 stop to Namba Station if you take the Metro. Close to Imamiya Station (300 m. from JR) and Daikokucho Station (400 m. from subway). New Hotel with more space than others at same prices. Prepared us sandwiches, water bottles, and shower accessories everyday. Coined washing machines and clothes dryers, free ice and hot-cold water available downstairs. Stayed there three nights for osaka. Overall experience is good, pls note there is two diff block of hotel so don’t get shocked when you’re been requested to stay in another block of their building. They provided free breakfast- bread (quite yummy for me). Nearest station to the stay is Imamiya station. さらに表示

Hotel is one stop from Namba station. In a quite corner street. It is a small hostel but seems very new and everything is very bright and super clean. Room is very spacious by Japanese standards. Great value for money. さらに表示
