Staffs are all very helpful! When we checked in, the guy at the front desk helped us to take the luggages up, When we checked out, the lady helped us to call the next hostel and taxi!!! Location is great, take 3 mins to walk to the market, and there’s one supermarket just around the corner, u can shop and cook at the living room. Thanks again for the help! さらに表示

I love this hostel. The receptionist is very friendly. I am not sure if this hostel is newly rennovated (?) cuz everything seems so new and well-maintained. It is very close to ‘Kuromon Ichiba’ which is the fish market (ard 2-3 mins). It is also close to Namba station, ard 7 min walk, and 10 mins to Dohton Bori area. Generally is good. We like the clean and quiet environment. It is close to 黑门市场，there is a wholesale market nearby that we can get groceries at a good price. The only thing I will have a comment is, I request for late check-in but I didn't receive until my flight at 2pm (local time). When I arrived, I have to get the internet connection to read my email and get the direction how to get the key from the box. Imagine I didn't have an internet connection, I would unable to get in. Out of all the hostels that we stayed during our trip. POLY was the best but it would’ve been perfect if their WiFi was working. When we checked in, I couldn’t connect to it at all and the receptionists kindly look into it. After that it could connect but it wouldn’t be able to browse the net. Same thing happen to everyone in our group and also another guest that we spoke to at the common area. Other than that, this is a great place to stay, location is just a stone throw away from the market and it’s very clean and comfortable. さらに表示

Few mins walk to Namba station. But hv to walk upstairs for toilet and kitchen which is not convenient especially in the mid night. Toilets are share among all, mix for male and female. さらに表示

The location is very convenient to hang around and take the train to other cities. Also the staff there is very helpful for advice and traveling planning. One thing need to pay attention is that they don't have 24h service time and their working hours is from 10am to about 9am. In all, it's very nice place to stay in and cozy environment. Very near Kuromon market, and there's also a low cost supermarket on the corner. Rooftop balcony and kitchen are also nice. Family room was confortable but blackout courtains did not work very well. The problem is that our room was in the second floor and there is no elevator. Frontdesk working times are limited too. さらに表示

We stayed for 5 days family of 4 with children. Japanese style room is ok we stayed on 2nd floor bathroom and toilet on 3rd and pantry and laundry on 4th. Close to two family marts and 20 mins walk to namba/ dotonbori. Closest station is 10mins walk to nipponbashi. Owner is helpful he assisted us renting bikes. I would recommend this place and would stay again in the future さらに表示

當天入住櫃台人員幫忙搬行李到房間，櫃台人員遇到的都會講中文~~。公共空間很溫馨，而且還有戶外座位區、販賣機、洗衣機。有提供免費拖鞋，毛巾和牙刷須付費，公共衛浴有提供洗髮精、沐浴乳及潤髮乳。 我們的房間空間偏小， 因為我們總共四個人(四個大行李箱)，若要全部行李箱都打開攤開有點難，因為空間太窄，但行李箱都開一半的話還可以。房內垃圾要自己倒(外面有垃圾桶)，因為住4天都沒有housekeeping來房間倒垃圾及整理。 さらに表示
