最高!
The host is very nice. So sorry for keeping her waiting us until midnight. Thanks to her advice and help, we had a great time in Kyoto. The most impressed thing is when we checked out and left in the morning of a rainy day, she watched us leaving until we disappeared from her sight. It reminded me of my grandma and deeply touched me. The hosts are friendly , they gave us a lift to Kyoto station on a typhoon day . They are so thoughtful and considerate, i am so touched by their kindness . Rooms are clean , no room service is provided during the stay , but we were managed to keep the room clean and tidy . Open kitchen allowed us to have some cooking which was a great fun while travelling . Hostel is near to many transporation routes , with around 30 minutes to Kyoto station . It's quite convenient . The place is easy to find and room in we had everthing that you need to have in an apartment. Towels,water boiler,cups,hair dryer...every detail. Beddings were very clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi and shower works very well. The owner couple are so helpful and nice. In the room you have all the maps and timetables you need for travelling. Staff speaks english and does their best to make you feel comfortable, definetely recommended. さらに表示

We booked an apartment, but it was a bit less. Kitchen ware was o.k., gas stove good but fridge was only mini bar size and outside the room, as well the micro wave and you have to share it with the other appartment on the floor. The bathrom with toilet was very small. If you weigh 200 pounds you won't fit. There were no beds but western matrasses. This is very much better than a Futon. I do not like that I have to pay for fresh towels extra. And there is no room cleaning. The dryer took 2 hours to dry, 400 Yen. Recomendation? It is just O.K. さらに表示

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Over priced !! Beware !! We booked for 3 nights but used only one night !!! couldn't stay in this place,so dirty, very bad hygiene, Not as easy to locate, our room was at 3rd floor without elevator with narrow staircases, couple of old and dirty mattresses were laid on the floor without cover no bed, the entire place needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Ms. gave us couple of very worn cover sheets and pillow cases. The futon cover was so dirty we had to remove the cover and used the futon without any cover on. There was only one ! very very old & small not sure cleaned towel for 2 of us, and she said if we need more towel there will be extra 100 yen charge.The bathroom wasn't cleaned for a while that we noticed dust on the bathtub. There were no extra tooth brushes nor toiletries. There was a used hair comb maybe left over from previous guests. this place needs major renovation and new furniture to be habitable. Had a very nice two-night stay here—the apartment was clean, decently-sized with two very comfortable futons, everything you might need to cook, nice shower/bath with good heat and water pressure, lots of information about getting around Kyoto, and so on. Also a very convenient location, just a four minute walk from Saiin station, which is only two stops away from right downtown. Mrs. Konda was extremely kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Basically , guest house is just nice for 3 adults. It is comfortable. The owner is friendly. We like the place. However it is difficult to find guest house. The road name is not cleared. Beside the name of guest house is not displayed clearly (signate faced at the side of the wall instead of on )the wall above the entrance. We walked pass & miss it. We sought help after walking round the estate for more than half hour. Even the local have problem finding until they Google and find the telephone number to call the owner for direction. Suggestion: (1)contact number of guest house & hotel should be made available on agoda. com website to allow guests to call when they lose their way; (2) Advice guest house owner to display signate of guest house name prominently. さらに表示

Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, notre hôtesse était tout à fait charmante et nous a conseillé certains sites de la ville à visiter, nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et nous a également renseigné sur les transports. Le logement est d'ailleurs très bien situé (à deux pas d'un petit tramway) et à 5 minutes à pied à peine du métro. Les lieux étaient propres et calmes et assez spacieux en comparaison des minuscules chambres d'hôtel du pays! Un séjour très agréable en somme. さらに表示
