すごく良い
セルフチェックイン・アウトが初めての体験で不安が大きかったのですがホテルは清潔で子供連れでしたが十分満足でした。２泊３日でお世話になりましたが、タオルなどの交換はなく、洗濯機でのセルフ管理でした。浴室乾燥機があり洗濯干しを持参したので家族の洗濯物ができて本当に助かりました。また利用したいです。若干歩きますが大阪へのアクセスも大丈夫で、近くにスーパーマーケットもあり買い物もできました。大阪で宿泊の際にはまた利用させていただきたいです。 さらに表示

思ってたよりも、凄い綺麗でした。トイレも凄く綺麗だっだし 台所も使いやすくてとても満足しました。 洗濯機があったけど 干す所がなかったのが残念でした。 もう1つは 駅から15分程歩くのでちょっと不便でした。 さらに表示

海外に住んでて一時帰国時利用。 到着は朝だったが荷物は無人のため預けて出かけることは不可。それが不便。 アメニティーはシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープぐらい。 シャンプーなどはあまり質が良くないのか？髪の毛がギシギシに。 洗濯機や浴室乾燥機能は良い！ 部屋はその辺の民泊より清潔。 ゴミ箱3種類分別が室内にあって不衛生に感じた。 除菌スプレーはチェックイン時にすでに空っぽ。笑 ちょっとアレ？なことはあるけれど、問題ないと言えば問題ない。 部屋は同価格のホテルより広い。 滞在時の掃除は何泊してもない。(9泊) さらに表示

ロケーション: 駅からはそこまで近くないですが梅田からも歩ける距離です。南森町はもっと近いです。近くにはスーパーもありコンビニもあるので便利です。 スタッフ: 無人チェックインなので会っていないですがチェックインは案内された方法で鍵を受け取る形式で普通のマンション一棟をホテルにしている形式です。早く着いたので電話で早めのチェックインをお願いしました。結局清掃が終わらないと入れませんでしたが状況を確認して折り返し連絡頂けました。 部屋:一般的な1Kのマンションです。ただベッドサイドの照明が二つとも使用できませんでした。その他は問題ありませんでした さらに表示

The place was great. It was near the train stations but unfortunately if you arrive after the hotel hours, no one will be able to help you enter the hotel. If you'll arrive late at night or really early in the morning, make sure to contact the hotel first so they could give you the security code to enter the lobby and your room number. About 15 mins walk from the train station, lots of eating and shopping places around. My apartment is not as fully equipped as my friend's but the comfort and spaciousness made up for it. There's also a washing machine so it was good to be able to do our washing. さらに表示

Fantastic hotel. Loved the kitchenette made the stay so much better having a microwave/ fridge/ kettle/ hob and grill. Found the drying room fantastic. Was so pleased with the whole lay out. Only down side was the bed chair which was ripped and very uncomfortable. Need to supply a brush if there’s no cleaner as we stayed for a week and couldn’t tidy up properly. The apartment is clean and beautiful. However it would be better if cleaning soap was provided. There was only a glass and no bowl. I could not contact the host via tel number provided in confirmation sheet to get detailed address location for taxi driver. Nice apartment . But be aware that they don’t have 24h reception .Be sure to contact hotel if you are arriving earlier or later than check in time. We were allowed to check in earlier because room was ready when we arrived and truly happy about it. The washing machine and bathroom turned drying room is very useful.location wise is a bit far from stations though manageable . Overall , happy with the stay . さらに表示

This is seriously the best apartment I have ever stayed at and I am seriously glad that I booked at this location. + There is a big supermarket nearby, convenient store and 7-11 (less than 3 minutes away) + The stove, oven, fridge and microwave worked well. I stocked up my breakfast in the freezer and cooked in the morning +++ LOVE THE SPACIOUS BATHROOM (You can hang your washed clothes in the toilet and select the drying function on the wall controller. Your clothes will definitely be dry in 2 hrs tops. I will heat up the toilet every morning before entering.) ++ Laundry powder and amenities were provided (If you are short on amenities, you can drop them an email, it will be provided the next day. If you want fresh towels, you can wash the towels provided using the washing machine) ++ There is a phone with network and line which you can use for free + Big room with wardrobe +++ Clean bathtub - You can set the temperature and water from the kitchen - It is slightly far さらに表示

House is located 10 Mins from Temma Station. Right at the station, it’s tenjinbashisuji shopping arcade, so there’s a lot of food available. Family mart and 7-11 as well. Room is big and would comfortably fit 3 people. Wifi is strong. Water heater have to be switched on which might be a bit confusing at first as there’s few buttons to note. Very minimum kitchen amenities but just nice for us. Comfortable bed but Super soft and flat pillow. Had a hard time sleeping. さらに表示

There were five of us in the room and it fit us quite nicely that we can still move around comfortably. Very little hassle checking in (especially since we checked in past midnight already)! The place looks well maintained! Nearest station was about 8-10mins away. Do note that with most places in Japan, there is no housekeeping and you have to ensure the place is clean during your stay. Laundry machine was very helpful! Would definitely come back and recommend for a group of our size. さらに表示

We were a family of 5 adults and we made Premias Umeda as our base to visit Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto for 5N/6D. Room is fitted by amenities needed in a usual house. Just treat it as your home(clean as you go) for nobody will be there to clean for you, you just have to e-mail your reasonable requests and the next day they will provide by leaving it on your door. Different train stations are less than a kilometer walk away that saves you time and money to reach your destination by choosing the shortest possible route. LIFE supermarket which has prepared food for microwave heating is just two blocks away. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores can be found from the stations going to Premias Umeda. Location is more of a residential area which is on a quiet neighbourhood. I highly recommend this place for accessibility, value for money, & privacy. Glad to use the warmed toilet seat with bidet and the washing machine with dryer. Hopefully manual will be provided さらに表示

The house is close to the station but the night is a little bit quiet but stil we would stay here again since the apartment is very beautiful clean and complete with everything i.e portable wifi..got pot frying pan knife n everything..u can cook..very suitable for family with children さらに表示

Our flight got delayed so I had to inform the hotel that we will arrive later than the check-in time schedule. They were very accommodating. Overall it was a nice stay. The place is clean and just enough for the four of us. Location is near 2 family marts and a life supermarket. Station is within walking distance (about 10 mins walk). さらに表示

We had our flight cancelled due to the typhoon so missed the first night of our accommodation. The staff were amazing in making sure our booking was still ok. The venue is a short walk from the train stations, restaurants and shops which was brilliant. Facilities were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel. さらに表示
