姉と1泊2日で利用しました。新しいホテルなので、館内や部屋がとてもキレイで快適でした。禁煙も嬉しく思います。Wi-Fiは繋がってもインターネットに繋がるのがいつもよりも遅かったのがちょっと使いづらいと感じました。また、ホテルに付いているデニムショップで商品も買いました！サンプル品ではあったけれども、全く問題なく、素敵なお買い物ができました。京都駅までも近く、東本願寺も通りを越せば近く、バス停や駅も近いので、交通アクセスが抜群に良かったと思います。このサービスに対して、この料金はとても安いと思います。良い旅ができました！ さらに表示

Good sized room with a great kitchen/bar section that was open all the time so we could refill our water. Laundry was also free so that was convenient. No lift isn't great for those with lots of luggage. さらに表示

The staff is very friendly and professional. Owner should definitely give the Monday-Friday employee a raise given how accommodating and helpful she is to the guests. She provided directions, tips on where to shop and sites to see, and even helped with my luggage up the stairs. There is no elevator given how small it is so if you have mobility issues, this may not be a good fit for you. Location is good in proximity to the train station but still about a 8 minute walk to the edge of Kyoto station. With heavy luggage and if traveling by bullet train, it was less stressful to book a taxi which costs about 1000 Yen since that entrance is farther away. There is a grocery store named Fresco Gojo within distance that had great pricing on food. We picked up items to prepare breakfast in the kitchen. Laundry was a great accommodation. My room size was a welcome surprise. We could open two full sized luggage and still had room to walk around them. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. さらに表示

This is a small (9 rooms), but very nice hotel. You should stay here if you want to share a fully stocked kitchen which allows you to cook and keep things in the refrigerator and freezer. You can make all the coffee and tea you like, with fresh water from Harie and Sake tasting in the afternoon at the small shop in the front of the hotel. さらに表示

Racine home is a nice little place in a quiet resident neighbourhood, from where it is easy to explore central Kyoto. The friendly receptionist speaks good English, making check-in a nice experience. Our room was comparatively large and equipped with everything you'd expect from a hotel at this price range. And we particularly appreciated the free use of the laundry machine. Overall, this is a good place we can recommend to anyone looking for a small and quiet hotel without too many facilities in the heart of Kyoto. さらに表示

Racine home Kyoto turned out to be our home from home during the 4 days we were in Kyoto - friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean, spacious room, superbly located within minutes of Kyoto station , well equipped common areas including kitchen, washer. We loved our stay and will be back. さらに表示

We stayed at Racine Home Kyoto last Oct 2-5. Usual check in is around 3pm but they let us checked in around 12noon with no extra charged. Staffs are approachable. New hotel and Good Amenities. Free use of their kitchenette, drinking water and washing machine with dryer. Cons: Around 10-15 min walk from Kyoto Station and no elevator (they only have 3 floors and around 9-10 rooms). さらに表示

We traveled with friends and booked 2 rooms for 4 nights, the rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were compact but comfortable enough, windows had frosted glass and couldn't be open. We used Google maps to find the hotel, but it indicated the wrong place, hotel was about 200 meters from that location. Reception was excellent, very good English, complete explanation of services and great advice, please keep it that way. さらに表示

A few things to say about Racine Home. The first is, it's very quiet. We didn't hear any noises from other rooms, so it was nice to not have paper thin walls. The location is okay. It's within walking distance to both Kyoto station and Gojo station, however i wouldn't characterize either one as "close". Especially after all the walking you will do at temples and shrines, it's a bit taxing to make it back. But certainly not far from those stations by any means. The staff is not really around and in your face like they might be at other places. It's more of you leaving a message of what you need and it's there when you arrive back that evening. They provide you with lots of things in room which is great. All and all it was a convenient and quiet place to stay. While staying you should check out Sumibi to Wine. It's an excellent, and much cheaper alternative to all the other tourist places. It's right down the street from the hotel on the right side while walking to Kyoto ST さらに表示
