友人との二人旅でしたが、駐車場もあり活動しやすかったです。 館内も綺麗に清掃されており、過ごしやすいと思います。特に気になりませんでしたが、音はほとんど筒抜けでした。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

非常に満足
初めての一人旅でしたので、ゲストハウスの宿泊に多少の不安もありましたが、当日は宿泊者3人女性のようで安心して過ごせました♪ 何よりロケーションが良いので効率よくお寺巡りが出来ます、徒歩15〜20分ほどで清水寺、高台寺、石塀 小路、ライトアップの時間まで充分楽しめました、四条河原町までの距離もお土産物屋さんを物色しながら全く苦になりません♪ 他、やはり音は少しだけ気になります、テレビはないので携帯でご迷惑にならない程度にラジオを聴いたりして過ごしました お風呂はシャワールームとバスルームが1箇所ずつですが、満室ですと譲り合いになるかと思います 何より優先するかですが、ロケーションと価格の魅力は高いので大変お勧めのホテルです さらに表示

受付のお姉さんが親切でとてもにこやかでした。周辺施設についても丁寧に教えてくれて、とても気持ちのいい接客でした。 フロントには京都観光のガイドブックがいくつもあり、どれも若者向けで新しく綺麗でとても使いやすかったです。 お部屋はしっかり個室になっていて、鍵もきちんとかかりました。プライベートが確保されているのでとてもいいなと思いました。 しかし他の口コミにもある通り、隣や上の階の物音や笑い声が結構聞こえるので、神経質な方にはあまり向かないかもしれません。 普通のホテルのようにアメニティはついていないので、持っていくのがいいと思います。(フロントで有料の用意もありました。お値段も良心的。) ナイトウェア？等は特になく、スリッパは使い捨てのものがありましたが滞在中は自分の靴を履いて過ごしました。(個人的には薄い使い捨てのスリッパよりも、しっかりとした使い捨てでないものの方が嬉しいです) バスタオルは清潔なものが、2人分きちんとついていました。ドライヤーも各部屋についています。 お風呂ですが、近くの銭湯の案内と割引券の用意もあったのですが、私たちは施設内の共用シャワーを利用しました。 普通に綺麗？ではあるのですが、他の利用者さんとのタイミングもあるため、銭湯をオススメします。(ここに関してはホステルらしいなという印象でした) 河原町駅から歩いて向かう時にコンビニがいくつもあるので便利ですが、一度部屋にチェックインしてからコンビニに行くには少し面倒に感じる距離でした。近くに24時間営業のスーパーもあるらしく、利用される際はそちらが便利かと思います。 ホステル用に建てられた(?)新しい建物で、設備も綺麗なので、全体的にすごく清潔感があって感じの良いお宿でした。 テレビはありませんが、wifiもきちんと使えるし、申し分ないです。 なんといってもコスパが素晴らしいです。 京都で泊まる用事があるときはまたぜひ利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

他の部屋の音が少々聞こえてきましたが特に気にするほどの事もなく利用できました。お風呂は近所の銭湯へ。地元密着型の銭湯で時間を遅めにしたら貸し切り状態でゆっくりできそうです。近所のお店はスーパーと洋品店とパン屋さんくらいだったでしょうか。食事は食べてから宿へ戻る方がいいです。 さらに表示

遅い時間のチェックインですと、セルフチェックインになります。 メールで対応すると書いてあるのですが、それらしいメールが来ず。 電話をしても対応済みなので大丈夫ですと言われたものの いざホテルまで向かうと、メール添付の電子キーが必要と ドアに書いてあり、そのとき初めて私には 電子キーが 添付されていないことがわかりました。　深夜1時の話です。 運良く、宿泊客が一組がすぐ来たので問題ありません でしたが、危うく泊まれなくなるところでした。 ただ、24時間外出できる、と売りとしてうたっているのに 電子キーがなく朝もコンビニに行けず、不便でした。 また私の見落としかわかりませんが、クレジットで支払っていても 後から宿泊税として400円支払いました。 はじめから知っていれば他のホテルも選択肢にあったので、 もっと明確に料金説明をするべきだと思います。 agodaで2075円と表示され、プラスで400円 支払っているのでそれが宿泊税だと思っていたのですが。。。 安くてきれいなので、その点については問題ないですが 不快感が残ったのでとても残念です。 さらに表示

We found this place last min. And really suits our budget during the high seasons (Sakura Season) was so hard to find the right place with the right location within our budget. Recommended for those who like to stay near to tourist spot. If you don't mind walking, you can walk from hostel to Gion station in 10mins and enjoy the street with cherry blossom. The bathroom and toilet is sharing but there is basin in the room where you no need to go out every time to wash the hands which I like most. Place is very clean and comfortable. Junya provided very detailed instructions(videos) on how to get to the place from Kyoto Station. Security is state of the art. Was provided an email to unlock the front door as we arrived after 10pm. Toiletries were provided on both floors. They also provide free drinking water, they have a microwave and fridge for the guests. It was raining on our first day and Junya let us borrow umbrellas at no extra charge. There’s a cute cafe about 2-3mins walk from the place. Near a Family Mart and bus stop. Had to pay accommodation tax of 800yen and was provided a sheet explaining why. Yes, if I go back to Kyoto, I'm pretty sure that I will stay at this property again. (+) It is located in the middle of residential area, it will be very quite at night (+) 5 mins. walk to bus stop (+) Have bath tube in the shared bath room, you can make your own onsen on it hahahaha. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to kyoto.we had a very short stay here,but loved everything about the hostel. Location was close to gion,kiyomizu-dera temple and nishiki market. There’s a nearby bus stop if you plan to go to elsewhere. We loved that our room is clean and the shared bathroom and toilet is too. I loved everything about Rak kiyomizu! From a state-of-the-art security to approachable and English-speaking staff, to spacious rooms and clean CR and shower rooms, everything is perfect! Though the nearest train station is 10 minutes away, still, I highly recommend this posh hotel to my friends and to all travellers to Kyoto. It is also situated near a supermarket where you can buy some supplies. The hotel is also very near some of Kyoto's sought-after temples and shrines. Very quiet at night. You can sleep peacefully. We loved our stay here in the double bedroom. I’ve never stayed anywhere so clean and new before for such a fantastic price. It’s hard to believe it’s a hostel because it’s such a sophisticated property. Staff were helpful too. Amazed to see Aesop products being used. Amazing place, hidden gem in Gion! Location is very close to grocery stores and main sites (Temples, shrines, geisha district). The rooms are big for Japanese standards. Wi-fi is strong. Owner is very dedicated at keeping this place clean. He also has a really nice play list in the morning everytime he cleans. We will definitely come back if we ever go back to kyoto as well as recommend this place to our friends. Ps. He even lent us an umbrella when it was raining. Thank you Junya!
