Lots of food options around, short walk to Uguisudani station north entrance, clean & spacious apartment. I was generally pleased with our stay I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay a bit farther from the busy area ;) さらに表示

For the small price, the room can accommodate 5 people easily, with all the facilities you would need for a longer-term stay - washing machines, microwave oven, cooking tools, for example. It's a serviced apartment, mind you, a very nice one. The only downside is the lack of the heater in one of the bedroom. There's only one in another bed room. さらに表示

1. Clean & spacious. 2 rooms with 3 beds.
2. 10 mins from Uguisudani station. 15-20 mins from Iriya station.
3. The location map sent to us is not so accurate as we got misled to the opposite direction. Fortunately we met a good guy who lead us all the way to the property. Suggest to update the location map with more landmarks and highlight on important turning points, such as go towards Dr. Cafe.
4. The washing machine is very useful.
5. The air conditioner is with heater function.
6. Supplies including ceramic bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, small knife, chopping board, gas stove, toiletries, towels, shampoos etc.
7. No staff to pick up trash from the front door though.
8. Response to emails is acceptable (within 24 hours).

Overall is fine, just please note that toilet and bathroom only 1 to share with all, so if you are travel more than 3 person in a unit and is quite troublesome. Nippori textile town is just near, you can walk around to hunt for food as well, there is a few restaurant easily find. さらに表示

My husband and my two older children really felt comfortable in this spacious apartment.
It was clean and had a nice size fridge. The computer/tv was a plus!!!! The location was great
because they were many convenience stores and a market across the street. It is a 10 minute walk from the jr train station. This is my 2nd time stayiing there but I will stay there again on

Since we used JR rail pass we used a lot of JR train. Uguisudani is just a station away from Ueno within the yamanote line. Guest house is within a walking distance, just abiiit far for my liking but still acceptable. Make sure you don't go out from the wrong exit from the station. There's elevator and room is clean. We get two room for 3 people and space is good enough. Utilities provided are fine. After check out we left our luggage which the staff will pick up and keep in the staff room till 5pm (do inform them beforehand). It's a good stay, a bit far from city central but just a train or two away, easy access to other places thanks to yamanote line. さらに表示

If you looking for a spacious room just like stay at your home, this is the best choice. The apartment is very clean with full amenities, kitchen, microwave, washing machine, dining room, hot water for shower, and free wifi. Convenience store (sevel, family mart, Lawson), and restaurants all around. Supermarker just opposite of the building. It is my first time to travel to Japan with my family, I would like to thank you to Mr. Sho who is very friendly, we have arrived the hotel early and not supposed to check in before time with the 4 luggages but he had helped us to keep them until we checked in in the evening.
The room size/type is good and suitable for our family, its also convenient as the washing machine is provided, we all happy staying there ! さらに表示

Really good place for a family. Knowing that most hotels rooms in Tokyo are quite small this apartment made of two rooms and a kitchen feels like spacious. In an city like that it's hard to find a better value for the money. Moreover the location is great : on the Yamanote line, next to Ueno and close to Tokyo station. There are lots of restaurants around and a supermarket in front. It is filled with lots of towels and blankets as well. さらに表示

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was away from the usual tourist area (we rarely saw another tourist in the street), but still very close to public transport to the airport and other areas of the city. The supermarket across the road sells fabulous takeaway meals and there are several restaurants nearby. The apartment is basic but clean and more spacious than a hotel room if you are travelling as a family. The street outside isn't very glamorous, but we really enjoyed getting a sense of what everyday life is like in Tokyo. It was great value for money. One handy hint - print out the address in English and Japanese, plus a map showing where it is, as it is quite tricky to find. さらに表示
