京セラドームでのライブ後の宿泊で利用しました。日本橋駅から徒歩で帰れる範囲だし、周りにローソンが沢山あるので寄って帰ったりできるし場所は良いです。私は普段から朝食はあまり食べないので、パン、果物、飲み物のみの軽い朝食も程よかったです。部屋も清潔で、スタッフの対応も良く、嫌な気分が全くなく宿泊できました。 さらに表示

とても綺麗で気持ちの良いホテルでした！ スタッフの方の対応もとても気持ちよかったですし、朝食無しのプランだったのに、朝、ロビーに軽食が準備されていて自由に食べられるサービスがあったことにも感動！ パンもコーヒーも美味しかったです！ また是非利用したいと思います！ お掃除のあと、2泊目の時に足拭きマットが置きわすれ？置いてなかったのでそこだけ残念！ さらに表示

Unfortunately the housekeeper decided to throw away a cup holding a $300 mouthguard in the trash. Fortunately one of the other staff members helped me dig through all the hotel's trash at nearly 1am to find it. The housekeeper then opted to not make our bed or replace amenities the next morning, and then only did a poor job of cleaning the room for the rest of the stay. The hotel is conveniently located, and all the staff (bar the housekeeping) were helpful. Room is small but modern and has useful USB ports. さらに表示

7/10 water pressure in the shower, great water pressure on the butt squirter. Comfortable pillow and bed. Low quality toilet paper. Antiquated TV. Check-in at 1500, out at 1000 (bit stingy, it was 1100 everywhere else we stayed). さらに表示

The room is small but very thoughtfully designed (e.g. USB port at the headboard). Very new and clean as well so that is great. The shower is standalone, nice and strong. Location is alright, it is actually a bit of a walk to the station and to central Namba, but it is near Kuromon Ichiba market. Breakfast is simple fare of buns (can warm up) and coffee + juice. Bed was comfortable but pillow was very flat. they don’t offer a queen bed for a couple so we slept on twin beds. Room is quite spacious for Japan standards. Location was near to Kuromon market. Also fairly walkable to Dotonbori. さらに表示

Very good value for money given the location of the property. Well maintained and clean. We stayed in superior twin room which had fair enough space for luggage. Problem we had is with windows being poorly soundproof, and being next to the intersection it is disturbing and noisy, especially night and early morning. さらに表示

Nothing to fault. Clean room and standing shower bathroom. Provide complimentary simple breakfast and coffee even though it was not included in the room rate. Shirt 5 to 8 mins walk to Namba Station which you can catch the nankai train directly to the airport. 15 mins walk to shopping and food street such as shinsaibashi and dontobori. 5 mins walk to Kuromon market. The location is a short walk to the Nippombashi station. It is also near Namba and Dotonbori. There is free breakfast everyday and free coffee 24/7. Rooms are clean but with limited space. Staff are friendly and accommodating. さらに表示

すごく良い
Pros : okay location abt 10-15 mins frm everything. Free light breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Cons : no soundproof windows in the superior twin room so you won't be able to sleep if you mind all the street noises. We asked to change room but they only had the normal twin room which does not face the street. No choice as the hubby couldn't slp. Normal twin room was smaller and no rainhead shower. No refund or any other means of compensation were given for downgrading us for not able to give us a good night's sleep. Pillows are also way too soft it doesn't give any support. The hotel also has a weird policy saying they can't clean the room if our luggage is in btwn beds, but the room is so small where else can we put them?? In the toilet?? Also no laundromat. Conclusion : major complaint was the loud street noises from superior twin, got downgraded to normal twin with no refund whatsoever. Decent hotel with decent amenities at decent location. REASONABLY SIZED ROOM WITH WIDE BATHROOM. GOOD HOUSE KEEPING AND CLEAN BEDSHEET. FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE STAFF. ONE NIGHT AT ABOUT 5 MINS PAST MIDNIGHT, GUESTS IN NEARBY ROOM WAS MAKING SOME LOUD NOISE. CALLED RECEPTION REGARDING THE NOISE, A MALE STAFF APPEARED IN 5 MINS ASKING WHICH DIRECTION OF THE NOISE. WITHIN MINUTES, THE NOISE SUBSIDED AND FINALLY DISAPPEARED. LOCATION ABOUT 8 MINS WALK TO CENTER OF NAMBA, 5 MINS FROM NANKAI NAMBA STATION. さらに表示

I love the proximity to the nearby Namba station and it even has a 24hrs convenience store nearby. The room is very small but contains all the basic amenities required. The bathroom carries Shiseido shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and you don't even have to bring your own toiletries. さらに表示

The location of this hotel was excellent for us, because it is very near to Kuromon Market and it is literally within Nipponbashi DENDEN Town. We were happy with the location. Namba Parks is one street away from the hotel, so shopping was really convenient. There's coffee machine available at the lobby, but there weren't much facilities inside the hotel.
