このホテルを運営している事務所にまず行き、ホテル（という名のアパート）へ入るための説明を聞かなければならない。この場所は博多駅から徒歩１０分程度の場所。 ホテルは事務所から徒歩１５分程度の場所にある。従業員はスマホの地図アプリで自力で行ってくれと言う。
スマホを持たない、もしくは電池の残が心もとない状態で訪れるとちょっと悲惨です。事務所もホテルも表通りにはないので分り難い。
ところで、事務所で受けた説明は、マンションのエントランスに入るための鍵の取り出し方の説明であった。エントランスを抜けてエレベータで自分が宿泊する部屋の階まで上がり、先程使った鍵で部屋の玄関を開けると、そこはバス・トイレ・簡易キッチンが備え付けられたワンルームマンションでした。洗面所には全自動洗濯機が備え付けられている（１回分の洗濯洗剤が洗濯機の上に置いてあった）ので、旅行中の洗濯ができたのは良かった。洗濯物を干す方法はバスルームの乾燥機能を使うか、洗濯機の乾燥機能を使うことになる。
比較的新しいマンションだし、清掃業者を使ってチェックアウト後の清掃をしている様なので、水回りを含めて部屋は綺麗です。
ところで、
このホテルを運営しているのは、外国人（韓国人とタイ人？）の様でした。説明を受けていて聞き取り難くかったり、説明が間違っていたりもありました。

- Building for check-in and the actual building for accommodation is quite far apart from each other so this is a little bit challenging especially for tourists with luggage and are still learning how to navigate Fukuoka.
- Even though we arrived late and we didn't give advance notice for late check-in, the staff in the check-in building are very accommodating. There is a staff that speaks in English and she was able to teach us how to get our keys and check-out after. They also gave us a printed instruction on how to get our keys and check-out just in case we forget.
- We encountered a problem when the mailbox code for one of our rooms is wrong so we couldn't get the keys. Since we do not have a Japan sim card, we tried to email the customer service email but we didn't get any reply. There is no available landline phone in the other room that we booked so we also cannot call them. We ended up guessing the combination for the mailbox of the other room just to get the key.
- Still, the actual room is very spacious and clean and all the basic things that we need as tourists are available in the room. The appliances and furnishings are all updated and properly working and there are instructions on how to operate the appliances which are in English so it was easy for us to use those.
- The area is also quiet at night but still just a short distance away from the Hakata station. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, the location is good for tourists.
- Check out is easy as we just have to leave the keys in the designated mailbox and we don't have to return to the check-in building anymore.
- Overall, I highly recommend this place to check-in when visiting Fukuoka because it will make your travel easier and more comfortable. さらに表示

The only downside was that the reception is a different building than the actual living unit. It was about a good 15 mins walk with our luggages. The staff was friendly and helped us even though our flight got cancelled due to bad weather and refunded the first night for us. さらに表示
- There's a wifi connected webcam real time monitoring the room! which is illegal! Complain written to agoda customer service!
- check in at another building first, which is far from the hotel.
- 5pm check-in, no free luggage keeping! 500 yen per luggage even keep for few hours. Small bag also charge

The hotel is spacious and good for a small family and include all the amenities one need on a daily basis. The only negative point was we had to check-in at another place 12 minutes from this hotel and I was not informed about this in advance. さらに表示

The room is large by Japanese standards -- relatively bigger than a regular hotel room. It is very clean and well furnished. The only set back is that the check-in is done at another (off-site) location. さらに表示

Clean and new rooms. The distance between the check in reception and the actual hotel is 1 KM away, about 13 mins walk but a easy one. Hotel locate in a quiet residence area with numerous paid parking around. Staying around Hakata Station is definitely a big plus as is easy to navigate around from there. さらに表示

- relatively near Hakata station (7-9min walk)
- kitchenette and washing machine were very helpful in our week-long stay
- bathtub, albeit small, is enough for my toddler to play in, and for us to relax after a tiring tour
- quiet neighborhood; near several convenience stores
CONS:
- bed and pillows were not comfortable; my husband and I had a backache.
- no room service/cleaning. 7 days worth of trash was just piling up under our table
- no refill of complimentary bottled water/detergent/fresh towels
- reception is 12min walk from the hotel.
- very early check-out time (10am)

The check in location indicated on agoda is NOT updated. We went to the wrong place and had to be redirected. The check in process could be reviewed to provide a seamless check in at the same location as the residence.
