ホテルはマンションタイプで鍵をもらってアパートに帰ってくる感覚で部屋に入った。 玄関には長い髪の毛、部屋のカーペットには掃除機を掛けたとは思えないほど、洗面台、カーテンの下、椅子の下も当然、埃が大量にある。押し入れは整理されず、ゴチャゴチャ…勿論埃もあり。 ハンガーは元々あったハンガーがどれか分からないけど、針金ハンガーもあり。 洗濯機があって便利と思ったけど、室内干しのロープまたは、乾燥付き浴室でもなく乾かせません。 新しい建物だからまだマシだったのかもしれないけど、ホテルとして部屋を提供しているとは程遠く感じた。 さらに表示

私は出張で三日間宿泊しました。まず、部屋の鍵を違うホテルで受け取り、そこから徒歩数分のホテルに向かい、部屋に入ります。マンションを改装したホテルで、生活感のある部屋です。清潔ですが、三泊の間、シーツの取り替えはありません。タオルは数枚用意されているので問題なし。ホテルにはフロントがないので、何か問題が起こった時の対応は期待できません。部屋は自炊ができるようになっていますが、調理道具はありません。 これではガスコンロは何のために有るの？と思います。隣室に中国人男性三人が宿泊していましたが、夜中のうるさいこと！耳栓をして寝ました。放ったらかしが好きな人には向きますが、一般的なホテルのサービスを受けたい方には不向きです。 さらに表示

Location is good, near to Tenjin and not too expensive but there is no room service for long stay. I booked for 10 nights but i only have minimal travel toothbrush provided. Also, my room have weird water dripping noises every single night and not sure where does the noises come from. さらに表示

I booked this hotel from Agoda and thought it was a hotel but the check-in is actually 300m away in another building which is very inconvenient when you arrive with all your luggage. It's an airbnb. There is no water in the room and they do not come to clean the room daily (which is fine for me) so you have to be careful not to have any food waste in the room. The most terrible aspect of this hotel is the smell in the lobby as you wait for the lift. It is the most toxic artificial flower smell. I usually cannot bear the smell and take the stairs to the room to avoid waiting in the lobby with that smell. The room is nice and clean and big by Japanese standard with a proper bathtub which is a big plus in winter. The TV only has Japanese channels! I guess it is meant for locals. さらに表示

Booked the room at the last minute at a reasonable rate. Hotel is within walking distance from Tenjin station and very close to the airport. The neighborhood is great with a wide selection of shops, parks and eateries yet far less busy than Hakata station. The room is bigger than I expected with detailed instructions on how to use the facilities. There is a microwave at the entrance an stoves in the room but cooking is not allowed according to the staff so you won't find any cooking pans. Basically the room is clean and well equipped despite a few noticeable stains on the blanket. And no housekeeping is provided but I guess if you need any toiletries the hotel will be able to provide. there was an unknown person, opened our door directly after knocking our door. LUCKILY we were in the room, otherwise our things would be stolen. 1. she is not a hotel staff, as there is no staff in this "hotel" 2. she didnt look like entering to a wrong room, as we were in the last room of the floor, there was no stairs near our room. 3. if she entered to a wrong room, she should say "sorry" to us rather than run away immediately PS. there is no staff to monitor who has entered this "hotel", which means all people are free to in and out to this "hotel" As I felt very unsecure to this hotel, i wont suggest to anyone. And I hope to cancel this booking for my next trip, as i have booked before I entered this "hotel" btw, for sb who are not afraid of thieves, it was a good location to stay. Please note that no staff coming to clean your room and you have to pay for keeping your luggages in the check-in counter which is another hostel. さらに表示

Clean room, nice location. Room with double bed is just nice for 2 adults and 1 toddler. There is futon available for 1 more adult at most. There are amenities of a residence room e.g. stove which is good for travellers who prefers to cook. Kettle and microwave are shared at the lobby but no kettle was seen so it's difficult when it comes to making milk for infants. No parking available so have to find coin parking nearby. さらに表示

The hotel sent me an email a day before check in and on the email it directs us to another hotel which is 10 mins DRIVE away from the apartment. I know in advance that the check in location is different so I followed the instruction and went to that far far away location. Turns out the check in place is just 5 mins away and it's not where the email stated. I WONDER WHY THE HOTEL WOULD SEND ME A WRONG SUPER FAR LOCATION? that really was troublesome and annoying. さらに表示
