総合的に快適でした。 気になった点は着いて床が水浸し(冷蔵庫から漏れてました)だったので驚いた事と前のウィークリーで契約した方の借款契約書がそのままホテル案内と一緒に入っていた事、またチェックアウトが11時でまだ10時38分くらいの時に玄関の鍵を外から開けられました。これはビックリですが民泊あるあるなのかな‥?(上下の鍵の下の鍵はかけてなかったこちらも悪いのかもしれませんが) 部屋は綺麗でしたがスリッパがなくトイレにスリッパなしはきつかったです。 またテレビが古すぎて子供のゲームを繋げなかったのは残念でした。 クローゼットが広く電気もつくので子供がそこで寝たいというくらい快適そうでした(笑)子供の塾から近いのでまた泊まりたいとは思います。 さらに表示

基本的にどのレジデンスホテル博多にも言えるが、エアコンのフィルターが清掃されておらず、エアコンが効かない。 必ずチェックイン後にエアコンのフィルター清掃するのが当たり前となっている。 浴室乾燥機のフィルターも詰まっている。 どのレジデンスホテルも見える場所の清掃はされているが、空調等までは管理されていない。 さらに表示

お部屋は広く居心地がよく価格も部屋の広さや設備に対してもの凄く安いです。レセプションはお部屋から15分のところにありますが鍵はレセプションに返却しなくてても良いので気になりませんでした。 部屋は清潔で洗濯機も設置されています。中心地までは歩いて15分です。 お風呂に乾燥機が設置されていますので洗濯物も素早く乾かせます。もしまた福岡に行くことがあれば再度利用します。 さらに表示

場所はホテルとしてはちょっと不便だけど、値段が安く使いやすい。欠点としては、①共用部の掃除ができていない、②電子レンジが１Ｆに１台だけしかない、③チェックインが１７時～、という面がある。ただし、コスパを考えれば、悪くないと思う。 さらに表示

空港から近いので予約をしましたが、後程確認したところ、ホテルのキーが、別の場所で受取りになっているタイプでした。雨も結構降っていたので、大変でした。 さらに表示

good:博多駅からは歩くと遠いが、バスに乗ればすぐに着く。(仕事の都合上私には最適な場所でした) 周りには少し歩くけど、スーパーやスタバもある！ コスパが良過ぎる！ 設備がパーフェクト！ bad:チェックインスタッフの対応、表情が機械的。 宿泊先までのバスの案内が、間違ってる！ 案内には(大橋行き)とだけしか書いておらず、 そのバスに乗ったら、全然違う方に行ってしまった。 きちんとバスナンバーと、乗り場を調べて、案内の修正を！ 室内のカップがコーヒーなどの汚れが付着したまま。 台所の洗剤が全く使い物にならない。 絨毯の上に、前泊者のゴミがいくつか落ちていた。 さらに表示

This is a nice place to stay. The place looks brand new and clean. There are very clear instructions about how to use most of the things in the room. The location is really close to the bus stop and makes it a good home base for exploring the city. The only thing that is a tad inconvenient is that there is only one check-in desk for this chain. You can’t just go straight to your hotel. Thankfully the check-in desk is located close to Hakata Station. The people at the check-in desk were very helpful and we were very happy with what we got. さらに表示

The hotel is very cheap for a group of 6 people. The check-in though is a bit hassle since you need to check-in in their main reception as no receptionist in the hotel that you will be staying. The reception is near Hakata main station, which you need to walk for about 5 mins. The hotel is 10 to 15 mins. walk from Hakata station, there is a bus but we did not check since we only walk going to Hakata station, and going back to the hotel we take a cab for 800 to 900 yen. Also, We could not find the router for the wifi, good thing we rented one, better ask upon check-in. I am not sure as well if you can request for a room make-up. There is Lawson and 7/11 near the hotel, and a park too! Overall, the hotel is well recommended. さらに表示

Residence Hotel 14 and Residence Reception(for checking in) are actually situated apart.I suggest one or two in your group do the checking in while the rest of the group wait at the Station.After checking in return to Hakata Station take the bus at 190yen to Sannou KoenMae Station (hotel is just across the street) or take taxi if with the group for around 900yen more or less. This is a self check in hotel.No staff around to assist you. As long as you do as instructed you will get to your room in no time at all. There are 2 convenience stores nearby..Lawson on the left and 7Eleven on the right. The room is the same as pictured. There's kitchen but COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED (??!!)ONLY to boil water. There is no kettle or any other cooking utensils available.Only plates cups glasses spoons and forks.No knife to cut fruits either. Electric kettle & the ONE AND ONLY microwave on the1st flr to be use by the ENTIRE hotel guests. They are not allowed to be taken in the rooms.Very weak wifi also. さらに表示

The hotel is ok, clean and comfortable but an airbnb style where there is no staff and guard in the hotel. The price is reasonable and the facilities are ok. The only downside is you will check in at the Residence reception near Hakata station, get the key and go to your room by taxi (1000yen) or by bus (hakata station). You may ask the staff at the reception where to alight and what bus no. The bus station is just across the hotel. There is Lawson on the left side and 711 on the right side of the hotel. You can walk to Hakata station, turn left when you are outside the hotel and you can reach Hakata station in 10 to 15 minutes walking. I gave the taxi my address to Residence Hotel Hakata, and they were unable to locate the hotel because the address given does not exist on their GPS. We certainly took quite some time to figure out where it was. There is coin parking nearby, so this place definitely suits groups on self-drive trips. Apart from that, it's quite far from the subways. The check-in reception desk is extremely far from this place, be prepared to take taxis. The room itself is amazing. Huge comfy beds, and refrigerator. It has everything you want in a room, and perfectly snug too. We drive in Kyushu, so I will definitely pick this place again when I stay in Hakata. さらに表示
