非常に満足
場所はチェックインオフィスからちょっと遠かった。レンタカーで移動してたので不便はありませんが、大きい荷物を持ちながら電車を利用するなら少し大変かもしれません。 アパートの下に駐車場があって助かります。 さらに表示

We enjoyed our stay. Property is spacious and located in a quiet residential area. Yet, a bit far from Hakata station (20mins walk, 5mins taxi, 10mins bus), so one should take into account the travel time and cost. 5pm check in is a bit late, especially when check-in location is at different place, store luggage at front desk is not a good option. Would be even better if there is slippers, razor, shower cap, humidifier in the room. さらに表示

This apartment is far away from Hakata station, it takes more than 30 mins to reach there! It may only suitable for driving trip! Check in time after 5pm and out at 10am! Inside is clean but many rules to follow, there is a big balcony but you cannot stay there after 10pm or fine 30000yen! There is a very nice kitchen but it stated clearly that you can only boil the water, NO cooking is allowed! The washing machine looks very new but smelly inside, the filter never clean and has mould! Not really near Hataka station ，3 mins by taxi around ¥1000, walking around 20mins! 2 mins walk have one restaurant, one Japanese restaurants, 10 mins walk have Family Mart and drug Eleven( same as supermarket), 20mins walk has a small shopping mall! さらに表示

Different location of Checkin and Hotel area! I knew that before from the comments by other clients, so that’s fine! Simple check out, just dropped off the key into the drop box in-front of the entrance door, then we took taxi from hotel to airport, around ¥1000 only, so convenience! I like the bathroom that can have hot bath, it’s clean and high-tec ! Two rooms, but one room haven’t air-con! Another bed in the living room! It has Kitchen，but couldn’t cook as it’s rule, can boil water by heater pot，microwave and cub refrigerator！forks and spoons and plates! Overall we felt happy to live for six night!! さらに表示

從博多站走路到民宿有點遠，要20-30分鐘。 近JR竹下站多一點，要15分鐘左右。 在check in時receptionist十分沒有禮貌，幾次大力把我的文件放左桌上，寄放行李時沒有給我們看詳細合約內容，就叫我簽個名字就完了，態度有待改善。 さらに表示
