レセプションが京都駅に近くて便利でしたが、駅から歩くと看板が逆側に付いているので少し迷いました。 足の悪い母と一緒でしたが、レセプションからホテルまで送迎車がありとても助かりました。 ホテルも地下鉄駅に近く、光っていたのでとても分かりやすい建物でした。 部屋は広々としていて、キッチンもバスルームも清潔で、ソファは奥行きが深くてくつろげました。 湯船も広くて熱いお湯に浸かり旅の疲れが取れました。 ベッドの四方に趣のあるブラインドがあり、御簾の様で素敵でした。 デスクの照明が暗い上に接触が悪くて付いたり消えたりするので、せっかく大きな鏡があるのに化粧や身支度に使えず、書き物をするのにもデスクでは暗くて不便でした。 トイレの自動フタの感度が良いのか、洗面所を使うたびに開くので落ち着かなかったです。 今回は料理も洗濯もしませんでしたが、暮らすように滞在でき、長期でも身軽な旅が楽しめる良いホテルだと思います！ さらに表示

Helpful staff. Check in is near Kyoto tower area. Good that driver will send you to Imadegawa Resi. We were allow to check in early at 1230pm instead of waiting till 3pm as room was available. Clean n beautiful big room. Am impressed with small gestures like snacks n coffee, bath salt, mask, washing detergent for the washer, etc. Location is near bus stop n about 10mins away from Imadegawa station. The room was big and spacious, even till the toilets! Their toilet had a very good bidet too. Everything was wonderful except that the location is a little off, but the Kyoto Imperial Palace is nearby. The staff provided shuttle service to our accommodation and was also enthusiastic to gave us tips on where to go for our new year countdown, as well as places of interest to head to. The room size is very spacious for japan standar. The amenity is super complete. You can name anything you can imagine you need. They have provided. The quality of the building itself is veey good above any standar. The best part is the building still brand new. A little 8 minute walk to nearest station. Nice hotel with great facilities. 7 minutes walk from Subway and many good restaurant nearby. Will stay here again if we travel to Kyoto. Staff speak good English and free shuttle bus from their office to apartment. さらに表示

It is an incredible place for stay in Kyoto, the apartment is around 150 m from the subway and 4-6 stations from de Kyoto station. There are markets for buy milk, bread, meat, etc, for eat in the apartment. It is clean and with all the facilities for the stay in Kyoto be adequate. さらに表示

This place is really clean and very nice. It's quite huge because we are 4 people. It comes with 2 double beds and there's a sofa as well. Bathroom is really clean. Though the place is quite a walk from the subway. さらに表示

The property is very close to the emperial palace, subway station and grocery. It has a balcony, small kitchen, big desk ,The only English programs are on Netflix. Overall specious, only 2 rooms per floor, very modern. Only cons is that the beds are very firms and only 2 pillows per bed , so if your staying with a family of 4 , you have only 1 pillow per person. Highly recommend! さらに表示
