No staff manning the property (it was inconvenient to have to make time to "check-in at a completely different location), but if you don't need any service this is a great place. The location is unbeatable. さらに表示

I have no major complains about the room as it was spacious and has a washing machine etc. as claimed. Also the location of the accommodation was convenient, less than 5 mins walk to the nearest station ( Kiyomizu-Gojo Station) and walk-able to places like Gion street and Ponotocho alley. However, I do feel that it was a great hassle for us to check in at a different location. The check in was near kyoto station (walking required) but it was really quite far from the accommodation (near Kiyomizu-Gojo Station), especially with our luggage. The staff recommended for us to take a bus from the reception to the accommodation, but as a tourist, I would recommend to take the train (NARA line and then Keihan Main line). Do note that it is a residential-style hotel, so no cleaning will be provided during your stay and you would have to take out your own trash. さらに表示

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Although the reception is located away from the accommodation itself, the service is the best we received in Japan- from the smooth check in, the complimentary shuttle ride, to assisting us in making bookings and being super accommodating when our flights were cancelled and we needed to make amendments to our reservation. The place itself was beautiful, very new, clean and tidy inside and well stocked. Location was super convenient, a short walk from Gion down the picturesque Kamo river. The room itself was very spacious for four adults (much larger than other rooms for 4 we have stayed in in Japan). We rate the 5++ stars and would strongly recommend any groups travelling to Kyoto to stay here too! さらに表示

We stated for three nights at the Resi Stay and loved it. Great location, clean, comfortable, great amenities, spacious room (compared to most Japanese hotels), and easily reachable staff. Only downfall is no on site staff for check in, must check in near Kyoto station. さらに表示

The room is big and comfortable. It has a small kitchen and there is a whole range of household equipment such as microwave, fridge, washing machine etc for use. The room also has a booklet with suggestions on where to visit and how to go, which was very useful to us. We enjoyed our stay there. Notre séjour en avril dans la ville de Kyoto a été très agréable. Nous étions hébergés au Rési Stay Koan Bettei. Tout y était très propre, la chambre était grande, les équipements et les accessoires fonctionnaient parfaitement, la cuisine était bien utile, le quartier est sécuritaire, tranquille et bien situé. Nous étions à 5 minutes de l’arrêt de bus, de petits restos et une boulangerie pâtisserie étaient tout prêt et de petits commerces complets étaient à quelques minutes à pied. Vraiment, très bien et surprenant pour la ville et le prix. Nous le recommandons fortement. さらに表示
