家族旅行で利用。町家をリノベーションしたという事で、まるで住んでいるかのようにゆっくり過ごせました。畳の部屋もあるのが年配の人には良かったようですし、テレビが各部屋に付いているので各々が見たいものを観たり、トイレも各部屋にあったので誰かがバスタイム中でも困らず快適です。スリッパは備え付けと使い捨てのものが両方用意されていました。 繁華街なので、途中買った荷物を置きに戻ったりする事も苦でない場所です。歩いて数分の場所に、セブンイレブン・ローソンがあります。イノダコーヒー本店も目の前の道まっすぐ一本です。すぐそばに銭湯もあります！　チェックイン時間が遅いですが、１階に荷物を預けれるロッカーのような場所があるので問題ありません。ぜひまた泊まりたいと思いました。 さらに表示

キッチン付も和室付もソファー付も寝室別部屋で快適でした。 錦戸市場や京都大丸も近く買い物にも便利でした。スタッフさんも丁寧に対応していただきました。 Netflixが初日設定不足で見れなく スタッフ対応時間が過ぎてたので見れませんでした。あと緑茶のサービスがあったのですが1袋使われて使用済みのまま。置かれていました。 部屋自体は満足でしたが、そういうセッティングの抜けがなければ良かったなぁと思いました。特にNetflixを楽しみにこちらのお宿を選んだので。 そこ以外は満足です！ さらに表示

直ぐ近くに錦市場があり食べ物に困りません。お宿からすぐ２件先に喫茶店もあり、朝食はモーニング利用も可能。色々試食しながら市場を抜けるともう祇園。大通りは電車もバスもあるので便利です。ただ京都駅からは宿まで案外距離があったので、シャトルバスを利用しました。シャトルバスのおじさまは親切で、色々教えて下さり利用して正解でした。 さらに表示

まず、チェックインが京都駅だけということについて、HPに記述が無いのは、反則です。 規約違反と言っても良いと思います。 京都駅に行く予定がなかったので、時間の損をしました。返金して欲しいくらいです。 チェックインが京都駅だと知っていたら、時間ぎ勿体ないので、予約しなかったです。 ロケーションは抜群です。 部屋はほぼ清潔でしたが、バスタブがざらついて、ガッカリしました。 下の部屋の家族が、大声で話すタイプのお父さんと子供で、ドキッとしました。 一棟貸しタイプではないので、ここは運不安あるでしょう。 さらに表示

This was my family's second stay at the Resi Stay Nishiki, with myself, my husband, and two toddlers. We rebooked the Annex Suite and loved it just as much as the first time. If you have young children, this place is a great option. It's very spacious with beautiful Japanese aesthetic. It's easy to get to and walking distance to many dining options, including some nice bakeries around the corner. There is also a children's park nearby. The room has many amenities and the building has a washer and dryer complimentary for guest use. It absolutely feels like home away from home. My kids always want to go back. さらに表示

The subway exit 14 to hotel does not have any elevator and it’s a problem if you are carrying a big luggage walking up the long stretch of stairs. The have everything supplied including safe box, iron and vacuum. The only set back is the pillow was too soft. We are grateful that the hotel sent us an email to alert us about there might be changes of train service due to upcoming typhoon so that we can plan to leave early to Osaka. さらに表示

Located just outside of Nishiki market, very convenient place. However, the checkin process was abit too tough to handle when we have 4 big luggage + 2 kids under 12yrs in tow. Room was clean and good, bed abit too hard for my liking and pillows were too soft.. BE aware that if getting the 1st level room, there might be disturbance coming from the top room if there are kids.. We couldn't sleep properly as the kid staying upstairs was running around till 1+ in the morning.... さらに表示

The check-in process had to be done in the main office, which located beside Kyoto station. The instruction was clear. The hotel itself was stylish and clean. I was very impressed with how the hotel and the room look. The room was a bit smaller than what I imagined. The room was well equipped with iron vacuum cleaner, smart toilet, smart bathtub, and kitchen. The hotel location was also very near to Nishiki market, which has tons of foods, convenience marts, and shopping stores. I had a great time strolling around the surrounding areas. The downsides were that the Apple TV was not connected to the TV and the smart toilet seat malfunctioned, we cannot use any functions aside from flushing the toilet bowl. However, despite encountering this problem and staying in the hotel during the public holiday period, the hotel was able to send in some staffs to partially fix the toilet bowl for us. It has all the mod cons you could think of and even overlooks a private Japanese garden. Huuuuge room and next to Nishiki market. It was the best hotel we stayed at ever. But a bit too light in the mornings and thin walls and floors may bother light sleepers but otherwise absolutely amazing. さらに表示

This hotel is literally steps away from Nishiki market and has bus stops/ convenient stores right around the corners. Also love the Japanese style design and cleanliness of the room. The only drawback - you have to go to Kyoto station to check in first! It was raining cats and dogs the day we arrived Kyoto. We had to roll 5 luggage in the pouring rain to the reception counter and they don’t seem to have any flexibility to customers at all ( I checked in advance if we can just send one person over to check in but they said no...) さらに表示

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young toddlers) booked the Annex Suite for a week in March 2018. We've travelled to Kyoto many times with our children, but we wanted to stay in a place that was more spacious for our toddlers and short walking distance restaurants. Getting around Kyoto isn't difficult at all, but with two young children it can be very tiring taking the subway or bus and going up and down stairs. Resi Stay Nishiki is fairly new and was well equipped with everything we needed. It's surrounded by so many restaurants, shops and convenience stores within very close walking distance. The building and room are very clean and beautiful. In addition to the 2 beds, 2 comfy futon mattresses are provided, which our children enjoyed very much. The garden was beautiful to look at everyday, and whenever we opened the sliding door we could smell delicious pastries baking from the patisserie next door. My family loved our stay and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back again. さらに表示

We appreciate a lot for your nice service. All the things are wonderful, including the check in/out process and all the facilities in the Resi Stay Nishiki. It's a gorgeous experience in this trip. we also appreciate for helping us solving all the problems during and before we arrived japan. It's really a good trip because your kindly service. Even though we need to check in at kyoto station, theres a shuttle bus to the accomodation. Theres a baggage storage so we can linger in kyoto for a bit after check out. Place was immaculately clean and there are adequate helpful information about the surrounding ( look in the info book on the table). Baggage can be easily forwarded at a nearby japan postal office ( next to ippudo ramen). ( I tried 7-11 and lawson , but they are not able to send to airport only regular addresses). さらに表示

Poor sound proofing else this place will be perfect. Lower level unit will experience noise if those staying at the unit above you are inconsiderate. Lots of stomping if they have kids running around esp in the morning. Hope they can improve! Overall great value! さらに表示

Resi Nishiki is a new, nice, cozy place to stay. It is a stone-throw away from Nishiki Market and 2 minutes walk to Shijio Street (one of the main shopping street in Kyoto), great location. My family has enjoyed our stay in Resi Nishiki and will certainly come back when we next visit Kyoto. さらに表示

Spacious with a living room, kitchen and big bathroom. The bedroom is designed in a Japanese style. All of us enjoyed staying here. Moreover, it is very near Nishiki market so it is convenient for us to buy food or snack. さらに表示

Great and excellent stay ! Spacious and fully equipped, better than hotels. Convenient location with lots of food stalls and restaurants. Take a taxi from Kyoto station as it’s about 1000yen, especially if u are travelling with a family and luggage さらに表示
