チェックインに30分かかりあり得ないです。　 1人ずつ入力する　全員入力する。　手間がすごい。　今の時代にかなり遅れてる。　 場所も駅から遠過ぎる。　コンビニ近くない。10分かかるかな？　 アメニティーも最悪。　パジャマなし　シャワータオルもなし。　清掃も行わない。　 それないの清掃込みの値段。 ホテルについては何一ついいことがなかった。　 さらに表示

We stayed at RESI STAY Owan Hanami for 2 nights with my family. We stayed at the 4th floor unit,; top floor; with 5 adults. We have plenty of space and open air Terrace. The unit had Washer(w/ laundry detergent provided) inside the unit with the dryer located in the second floor. The bathroom has a large bathtub and shower. We opted out of the hotel's box breakfast, so that we could explore local Cafe around the corner (step out the hotel and make 2 left turns and you are there. The bus stop is 3-5 min walk, step out the hotel and make 2 right turns and you will find the Bus stops. The bus is best way to explore Kyoto, purchase a Bus only day pass at Kyoto Station or FamilyMart for 600Y/person and you are set for a day. We loved this hotel and we will defensively stay the Owan Hanami again next time we are in Kyoto. さらに表示

Quiet, clean and spacious apartment for 5 people. Free using the washer and dryer. Have ask the front desk to help and arrange for shuttle van, as travelling with 3 older people with 4big luggage. Resi Stay Owan was an ideal place for our 2 nights stay in Kyoto. Though it has its check-in desk right in front of Kyoto Station and the accommodation is bit far from that place (around 15 minutes ride), they provide a free shuttle bus at check in. Though, it's not provided at checkout, we were lucky since the shuttle just happened to be there at our checkout and the hotel staff offered us a ride back to their check-in office, which was truly awesome. The accommodation provide free laundry service onsite, which is quite handy and i haven't come across a free service at any other place in Japan during my stay. Further the train station to Arashiyama, bus stop to Nijo castle, Imperial Palace and other major attractions are just under 12 minutes walk. Also Nishiki market and a busy shopping district is just an 8 minutes walk away. Also they provide a baggage drop service in case you need to stay in Kyoto after your check out. Clean apartment. Good for family group. We arrived late and the check in office was already closed. I was so worried but they left check in information on the door. And we successfully checked in because there was a night shift staff when we arrived. So happy that we didn't need to go back to the office to register on the next day. Location is good, many buses to JR. nice and quiet area and walkable to many places. A nice cafe is just around the corner. Would love to come back さらに表示

Room is clean and cosy. There is a 7-11 nearby and accommodation is 15 minutes away from train station. Staff waited for us till after 10pm to check in . A nice arrangement from the accommodation side which we really appreciate. さらに表示

Shuttle van was available to drop us off at our hotel. Hotel is in a quiet location, close to bus stops, 10min walk to Omiya sta. Spacious compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Appreciate washer/dryer with pods for free! Friendly staff. Able to leave luggages after checking out. Would stay here again as our base. Thank you! さらに表示

Accommodation is clean and just nice for the five of us. We arrived late on the first night, arrived around midnight and there was still a staff on shift. It was very nice if him to help us do the check in procedures so that we do not need to go to the reception counter at Kyoto Station the next morning. Because the delay of the flight, we could not check in in the Kyoto Station but the Staff at the hotel is very helpful to checking-in, so we did not need to hurry up to Kyoto Station at the morning to Kyoto Station for check-in. Room is very clean and new, bathroom is good and big enough. さらに表示

Really comfortable and clean hotel ! The toilet in the hotel room is really big and good. Moreover, the staff is really helpful and kind. Even in the room there is the Netflix, which i really love it! The room is quite big comparing to other hotels in Japan, also there is the small kitchen in the room. But the location is quite far from train station and hard to find restaurant around there. I will come back here again if i have a chance :) さらに表示

The room is big and spacious, beds are comfortable and clean. Location is strategic, walking distance to bus station that can easily link to Kyoto subway station. Upon check in, the front desk helped to arrange shuttle van to send us back to our homestay which is very considerate and helpful. The check in and check out instruction are clear and very easy to follow. Resi Stay was the last hotel we stayed for our 2018 autumn trip, and we ended up our Japan trip with lovely memories with these cozy, comfortable and value for money homestay. I would definitely recommend my friends and will come back to stay again. :) さらに表示

We booked a family room, which is cozy, with kitchen and a good bathroom. Cookies, coffee, towels , and even dipping supplement are provided. Shortcoming: need to check-in at another place (hand in passport and city tourist tax). Apart from that, very good experience in KYOTO... さらに表示
