非常に満足
安さ、綺麗さ、気楽さ、快適で満足です。
23時までにチェックインとあったので夜慌てて行きましたが、入り口にロッカーがあり事前に送られて来た暗証番号で鍵を取るという受付なしのセルフ。どの連絡を見ても暗証番号はなく、携帯の下四桁とロッカーに記載があるも、開かず。受付にある子機で連絡して暗証番号を教えて貰ったら下四桁ではなかったし、やはりどこにも記載されていない数字でした。子機が繋がって本当に良かったです！！そのドキドキ意外はばっちりでした！！快適に過ごせました！！ただゲストハウスの周りは何も無いので食事は済ませた方がいいと思います。
また京都に行くことがあれば、必ず利用したいです！ さらに表示

三十三間堂や博物館に近く、京阪七条からもすぐです。京都駅も徒歩圏内でロケーションは文句なしです。部屋も十分広く、お風呂にはテレビも有ってとてもくつろげます。洗濯用の洗剤が無いのが残念でしたが、とても満足できました。 さらに表示

古い町並み、夜ともなれば静かな町に心の癒される思いをしました。周辺の飲食店も安価でおいしい店も多くありこれもありがたかった。
部屋は広くバスルームあり、台所ありで十分な居住空間でしたよ。

因为价格特别便宜，去之前有点小担心。但是入住之后发现房间干净整洁，各种设施配备齐全。特别是带洗衣机特别方便。整体面积比一般的旅馆大，浴室还带有电视。比起在大阪住的价格少了一倍以上…但是质量完爆那家～唯一的一点点小缺陷是烧水壶里面不知道是生霉还是怎样特别脏没有办法用…总而言之是一次特别棒的住宿体验～下次去京都一定还会再来的！ さらに表示

Quite far from Kyoto Station, but 5-min walk to Kyoto National Museum and a National-Treasure-status temple of 1,001 statues of Avalokitesvara. Room is clean, new and spacious for 2 persons. Having a small sofa would be nice -- the room contained only two dining chairs. さらに表示

I think this is a must stay place if you are going to Kyoto. Will be sure to book again when I visit to Kyoto. Accomodation is super clean, private, has all the mods and cons you need. Shower and bed are ideal. I want to be selfish by not giving a review and keeping this place a hidden gem, but I won't. Thanks for the stay and see you again さらに表示

The guesthouse is close to the national museum, a bit far away from the Kyoto station. It has a kitchenette , washing machine and the washroom is installed with a ventilation system which you can dry up the wet clothes within a short time. Will recommend this place to anyone, the only thing is that there is no elevator, otherwise everything was great - well-heated during winter, well-equipped, and comfy stay. Was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of desktop for daily trip planning + TV, and... soaking in the bathtub while watching TV in the bathroom! Absolutely love this place. さらに表示

Close to bus and train Station, suitable for spending a few days in Kyoto, all the facilities in the rooms with laundry and cooking by ourselves. Room space is big and clean. Reception is very helpful and they Sell bus 1-day pass and help us to post our suitcase. Very nice and warm stay. さらに表示

1. Around 15-20 minutes by foot from Kyoto Station.
2. Suitable for spending our 10-day holiday in Kyoto. With all the facilities in the rooms, we could do laundry and cooking by ourselves. (We have to pay 500yen to rent the kitchen utensils)
3. Room space is quite big. (Kyoto standard)
4. The nearest supermarket is around 900m from this place. Yet there are 2 convenient stores around the corner.

Location is abit far from Kyoto Station but within few minute walks from Tofukuji Station which we really enjoyed the walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful in arranging our luggage to Tokyo promptly without any hiccup. The room is spacious with kitchenette and washing machine, there is a bus stop and several cafes (which we have our daily breakfast) and convenience stores nearby. さらに表示

Very decent house, with kitchen, i guess you a have to pay and rent the cooking set
I love the bathroom so much! JPN toilet bowl and TV with the tub!

We recently spent six nights at the Hommachi Sanjusangendo Guest House in Kyoto and found it to be a very good choice.
The directions provided by the guest house were accurate and the location was very good for hopping on buses to get to some of the temples. We did walk back and forth to Kyoto Station quite often to access railway lines and some of the other buses, but it was pleasant and easy and took under 15 minutes. With a city bus pass one could manage not to have to walk much at all if that were their choice.
We checked in during office hours so had no issues with getting our key. The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. The room itself (small twin) was much more than we expected with a fridge, cook-top, washing machine, ultra-modern bathroom and very spacious bedroom with a closet, small table, two chairs and computer desk. It was extremely clean and well-maintained and seemed very secure.
The only downside was a lack of restaurants nearby that were more than coffee and pastry and within our budget. We did find a good noodle shop, take out sushi and rice-rolls, a couple of small fruit markets and of course the ever-present convenience stores, but I would have to say that eating was, overall, a challenge.
Kyoto is a wondrous place with an incredible number of sights to see. We did our best during our five full days but could have stayed longer.
We would highly recommend the Hommachi Guesthouse as a solid budget option.

Self checkin is good, not too far from closest subway station, about 20 minutes walk to Kyoto station. Take a bus could be easier but may be hard to abroad with luggage because it is usually full of tourists. A Macdonalds around closest station on the river side. An OK convenient store around. さらに表示

Amazingly clean room and location is great. Lots of privacy. Room is furnished with microwave, washing machine and toilet with clothes drying facilities. Great for long stay in Kyoto. Convenience stores and fast food restaurant are just few steps away. Near to Kyoto station too(10 mins walk). Our family enjoyed our stay there! さらに表示

If you wanna go to Kyoto, you have to stay in this place! The staff was amazing and this hotel provide us a lot of information that useful, such as breakfast spot (with prices include), nearby tourist attraction, how to get the bus and many more.
