すごく良い
嵐山で素泊まりでいいから、という感じだったのですが、部屋は広くてとてもきれいでトイレとバスも別になっていて、ベッドも布団もふかふかでとても満足でした。 食事、お風呂、景色などをまったく考えていないようでしたらかなりおすすめかと思います。 部屋の内装もセンスがいいですし、駅から歩いてすぐなので交通の便もいいです。 駅のとなりにコンビニがあるので、ちょっとした買い物にも困りません。 また機会があったら利用したいです。 さらに表示

丁寧に対応していただけました。 コロナの影響もあり、かなりお安く泊めて頂きました。 ミニキッチン、冷蔵庫、トイレの場所だけが土足部分にあり使いづらかったことと、チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりが無かったことが残念で、施設・サービスを星3にしています。 お世話になりました。 さらに表示

家族旅行で利用しました。 最寄り駅(阪急線の嵐山駅)からのアクセスは良いです。渡月橋も徒歩圏内なので、嵐山の栄えてるエリアの早朝観光に最適です。 建物の造りがマンションのようで、ロビーから各部屋に行く通路は外から虫が入ってきます...自然あふれる環境でした(笑) 室内はあらかじめ空調と空気清浄機が作動していて、ベッドや洗面台まわりも清潔でした。部屋にお風呂もありますが小さめなので、近隣の入浴施設(宿から歩いてすぐ)を利用すると足を伸ばしてのんびり湯に浸かれます。 チェックイン時にフロントは無人でしたが、電話で呼び出すとすぐにスタッフの方が来て、テキパキと受付してくれました。チェックアウト時はカードキーを箱に返却するだけなので、サッと退出することができます。 歯ブラシ・くしなどのアメニティの他に、リセッシュがあったのが嬉しかったです。枕元にコンセントだけでなくUSBもあり、スマホやモバイルバッテリーの充電に便利でした。 さらに表示

嵐山駅から徒歩3分くらい、静かな住宅地の中にあります。元々は学生寮だったのを最近リノベートされたらしく、写真通りにとてもきれいにされていました。コンビニは駅近くにあり徒歩2分くらいで行けます。場所柄、食事付きの宿が多い中、元々外食する予定だった私達や、簡単な自炊される方には良い選択だと思います。スタッフの方もとても親切でフレンドリーな対応を頂き、気持ち良く滞在させて頂きました。 さらに表示

とにかくなるべく嵐山に近い宿を探していて、こちらを見つけました。おそらく元々はマンションだった建物をリノベーションしてると思われます。そのため、室内の空間にゆとりがあります。また、小さいながらレセプションもあり、スタッフの方の対応も良いと感じました。提携はしてないようですが、隣にコインパーキングもありました。 さらに表示

hotel location very near train station abt 3mins, and walk distance to the hot spring. The reception staff is very kind and helpful to explain with us how to walk to train station and hot spring. Room is big and comfortable. We hope can come again. さらに表示

Very clean and bright. Almost no amenities. Staff did not have change to 5000 yen for us to pay the parking outside so we had to walk 20 mins to get change it was quite inconvenient. the long walk in corridor outside was quite creepy at night. さらに表示

Make sure you take the train from Kyoto to Arashiyami JR station. Take a taxi as it not far about 1.5klm walk. The bed was comfy,clean very helpful staff and quiet. Not far from the Monkey park or town. さらに表示

We had a great stay at Riverside Arashiyama. An easy 3-minute walk from Hankyu Arashiyama station, this property has larger-than-usual rooms and cozy beds with fluffy duvets. The en-suite bathroom was well-appointed with both shower & tub, plus shelves for toiletries, and a sliding door for privacy when using the shower/sink area. The kitchenette had a hot water pitcher, a mini-fridge, microwave, and large sink with 3 mugs and 3 glasses. We made coffee, tea, and oatmeal easily, and I bought some dish soap and a sponge for washing up, since there is no housekeeping service during one's stay. In fact, my only 2 complaints are: distance and train changes needed to get to Kyoto proper, and the lack of (at least) towel-exchange and trash-removal service during our 5 nights here. If I travel alone to Kyoto, I'd stay here again. But hauling bags and a 4 year old through multiple train transfers back and forth proved unwieldy. On the plus side, Arashiyama Park and the river are a 5-minute walk away, and our son loved running and playing in that area. Blooming cherry blossom trees made it all the more lovely. Reception went out of his way to locate a coin laundromat for me. Thank you for an overall excellent stay! さらに表示

Nice Staff (but they are only at reception for limited hours during the day - so they cant store your bag after checkout). No clear glass windows on the ground level rooms, they are all frosted glass. They don’t clean your room during your stay. Limiting staff reception hours and cleaning means keeping the cost of the room down. The rooms are large, it’s a quite neighbourhood close to Arashiyama. さらに表示
