We always prefer to stay at hotels with Onsen, and the Route Inn certainly did not disappoint. The hotel is actually attached to the Public Onsen which makes it super convenient. There is also an excellent Japanese Izakaya on site with an excellent menu and great food. The staff speaks limited English but is professional and friendly. The room has good space and the bed is quite firm, almost too hard, but OK for a few nights. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. If you Enjoy the relaxation of an Onsen with full massage services you will certainly like it here. Excellent!! さらに表示

It was nice to be able to enjoy the spas from early morning to late at night. The rooms were nice and had a lot of room. The overall appearance of the hotel was impressive as soon as we arrived. It would be nice if there was some kind of shuttle from the Fukuyama station. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would like to come back! さらに表示

The Hotel Grantia is situated opposite Fukuyama race course, a little hard to find the first time as the name on the hotel says "Route Inns" not Grantia Spa Resort. The rooms are okay but the beds are pretty firm, the norm for Japanese hotels. About 20 minutes walk down the main street away from the train station this hotel provided a delicious traditional japanese breakfast (included in the charge), with guests coming directly from the spa to dine in their pyjamas! Don't wear your holey socks as you will need to remove your shoes to enter the restaurant. Two giant pachinko parlours are only a few minutes walk from the hotel if that's your fancy - and one is a non smoking parlour! さらに表示
