小学生から高校生までの娘3人を連れての家族5人で2泊しました。部屋は広く子供達のテンションが上がりました。乾燥機能付のドラム型洗濯機は、夏の暑い時期にとても重宝しました。IH型コンロもあり調味料を持ち込めば自炊もできます。 錦市場、四条河原町、先斗町や祇園は徒歩圏内で、次女は夜一人でショッピングに出かけました。チェックアウト時には飲料水の差し入れもいただきました。 また京都を家族で訪れる際には、最初に空室をチェックすることになると思います。 さらに表示

チエックイン時、地図を広げホテルの位置、ご飯を食べる場所、観光の場所など、細かく説明してくださいました。あの地図はとても役に経ちました。 ありがとうございました。 立地も良く、車を使く事なく京都を観光しました。 部屋はとても広く、そしてとても綺麗に清掃してあったので気持ち良く滞在させて頂きました。 家は残念ながら１泊でしたので、キッチン、洗濯機は使う事はありませんでしたが、連泊される方や赤ちゃんがいる方などには、とても便利だと思いました。 後、テレビが３台あったのですが、残念な事に１台のリモコンしか稼働しませんでした。 他は電池が入ってなかったようです。 もしかしてホテルの方も気が付かれてないのではないでしょうか。 滞在時残念な事柄はそれぐらいで、後は全部満足です。 私達の泊まった部屋はシャワーのみでしたが、水の出も良く浴槽がなくてもそれで十分でした。 チエックアウト後も駐車場を使わせて頂きありがとうございました。 とても助かりました。 また京都に行く機会がありましたら、是非また宿泊したいです。 さらに表示

Before booking I read all reviews was surprised that everyone rated this apartment excellent and I was pleasantly surprised this was a true statement! Modern clean and beautiful 3 bed apartment on level 6. Located in a cute street very close to a lovely real supermarket with fruits etc! Amazing staff who speak fluent English and soo helpful! Conveniently located to train station about 10min walk with suitcases. Aircon , comfy beds and awesome bathroom! I asked for a toaster and iron and it was made available. Loved the washer and dryer. Despite it taking 3hrs to wash and dry it did a great job! Issie was soo responsive and amazing. After a terrible experience in a tiny hotel in Tokyo with two tiny interconnecting rooms my family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) loved this place! I would totally return without a doubt. We didn't arrive until late in the evening. Although the check in was closed, the communication was wonderful with very specific instructions on how to access the unit. We were greeted by a roomy unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen, a living room area as well as a laundry washer/dryer combo unit. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. We canceled our hotel booking at the Hyatt and stayed at this serviced apartment (we wanted more room for the kids to play). We were worried because only the studio apartment was available but the room was excellent. The location was perfect and plenty of room for the little ones. The staff were great and everything was better than expected. Having a washer and dryer was also great. We will stay here again when in kyoto going forth. さらに表示

It's actually not a hotel. More like an apartment. The only have several units. I stayed in 3 bedrooms unit. It was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Chai, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have washing machine, complete kitchen, wifi, Japanese bed style, bath tub with water pressure like jacuzzi. In walking distance you can gonto daimaru and lawson to buy meat and season so you can cook by yourself. In front of the hotel you will have shabu-shabu restaurant, Hurley Shop, North Face Shop. It was a fantastic stay. It was very comfortable and had the space that we needed. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. The location is between 4 subway stations and can easily walk to them through little shopping streets. The R&Run Apartment is a very modern serviced apartment with high standard facilities and located in the heart of Kyoto close to restaurants, shops, transport and attractions. The service from the staff was perfect and they really helped us make this our home for the week we stayed here. We stayed in the family Suite which had two great bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas and an excellent bathroom. It really felt like we were staying at home here. The place was clean and tidy with decent interior. Staff members were nice and helpful. It was definitely a nice accommodation for group travellers. However, the location was a big drawback. There were markets and restaurants around though, the apartment was not close to any of the subway stations. The closest station was a 15 minute walk away. If you are travelling with children or the elderly, and you do not drive, I do not recommend this serviced apartment to you. さらに表示

This place was absolutely perfect for what our family was looking for. We were traveling together with 1 other family and we both had our infant babies with us, and having the space of a 3 bedroom apartment, beat staying in a normal hotel hands down. Better than any Airbnb experience I've had. It was a mix of staying in apartment but service and even amenities like luxury shampoo and conditioner provided. The location couldn't have been better either. The rooms/apartments a beautifully decorated and are very clean. The decor reminds me of staying in a Starwood hotel. We will definitely look at staying here again when booking in Kyoto, and would highly suggest it to anyone we know. Ikuko was absolutely wonderful in helping us check in and check out, and also helped order our taxi to the trainstation when checking out. We definitely appreciate her warm and welcoming service and hope to see her again in the future as well. さらに表示

The apartment is spacious and clean, and the tatami room suits for infants. One of best facility is the kitchen, we cooked for our baby son everyday. The location is A+, supermarkets and shopping malls are within walking distance. Most importantly, the staffs are so nice!!! We spent 3 nights at 6 people executive suite, newly renovated, very spacious, full kitchen and laundry equipment. Situated in the centre of Kyoto, easy access to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, temples and department stores. The location is perfect, walking distance to a local fresh market, a shopping street and famous ramen store. Department store and subway is only 10-minute walk in another direction. Away from Kyoto station, I can feel calm and peace to stay in R&rRun. The photo cannot truly show how big the apartment is. My young kids love the room so much...they don't want to leave the house. Very good for family travel because of the large space. We stayed in a apartment with 3 double beds. The place is only 1 year old. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and the staff even booked the Kimono wear experience for us when we asked. Taxi is easy to find in Kyoto. We highly recommend this place as it's quiet and very close to Nishiki market. Gion is only 5-10 minitues away by taxi. さらに表示

Looked for apartments and R&Run did not disappoint!!! Fully furnished Brand New apartment with all amenities including pristine shower, toilet, washer/dryer and all cooking utensils and cookware. Is VERY large compared to Japan standards, so very welcoming to foreigners like me, especially for my family's 1st trip here. The other 2 apartments they have are even larger! Very comfortable beds with plush beddings providing restful sleep. Even had coffee, water bottles, dish washing soap and wine! The decor was well appointed with Italian furniture! Took a look at their other 2 apartments for families with teens and relatives and they look amazing! Staff are so very nice and courteous. They stayed late for our checkin, helped us order out for food and called us a cab for an early morning departure to the train station. It is in a quiet area and as most places in Japan, very safe feeling, even walking around at night. A North Face outdoor clothing store is across the street even. Apt is only 2 small blocks North of the Nishiki Market. A Starbucks coffee shop & small Lawson market (like 7-11 store) is like 3 buildings over if you wantthings such as fruit, cheese, bread, ramen, drinks and green tea ice cream! It is a very short 5 min walk to the Karasuma Oike subway station. This station is only 2 hops away from the main Kyoto Station where you can take the JR Nagano line to NW Kyoto for sightseeing. Other places are accessible by Bus. For you shoppers out there, the Kawaramachi Shopping district is about 8 blocks away. For you Manga lovers out there, just a few steps from the Karasuma oike subway station is the Kyoto International Manga Museum! From there, Nijo Castle is only 1 subway stop away.
