スタッフがとにかく最高によかったです！！ ハウスもすごくオシャレで綺麗でした！ ここに泊まる際は絶対に夜はBBQでお願いすることをオススメします！！！ さらに表示

未就学児2人連れての旅行でした。 グランピングを謳うBBQが楽しそうだったので予約しましたが、大人2人分のBBQを注文したら、テーブルに二脚しか椅子を用意してもらえず…子供用に椅子をお願いしても、生返事で持ってきてくれる気配すらありませんでした。 BBQマスター？のお兄さんは気に入ったテーブルにしか声かけに行かず、うちと隣の外国人ご夫妻のテーブルは完全にスルーされて大変不愉快でした。この値段ならいくらでも他に良いホテルはあります。二度と泊まりませんしオススメしません。 さらに表示

Rugu location is great, just few min walk to a beach with gorgeous sunset view. overall facility is very clean & tidy but BBQ does not worth for 4000 yen. さらに表示

最高!
We are a family composed of 2 adults and 2 children. The trailer house was so comfortable for family and the room was beautiful. The place is so quiet, located in real nature in this island. We had a BBQ at night, it was exactly No.1 BBQ in my life. We could see many shooting stars and fire flies at night. We will come back here for sure. Thanks RuGu:) さらに表示

Good points 1. The room we got was so cosy with a sofa in the middle of the flat. 2. The roof top allows you to observe milky way at night, but the lights of Rugu was too bright. 3. There is a automatic vending machine for drinks, which is very important to glamper. 4. The bed was so comfortable, and the toilet was clean and tidy. Badpoints 5. The space in the living room was too small. You can hardly open your luggage if you have 4 people. 6. Too many windows and the blinds provided could not keep the room dark enough to sleep. I woke up at 5:30 when the sun rised. 7. They provided BBQ option for dinner for ¥4000 yen per head. I guess it would be better to spend this sum in a good restaurant on the island. It was so much overpriced, and the food was not enough. If you dont mind the low quality-price ratio, you may try once. This is the only point i regreted for staying in Rugu. さらに表示

It was our first trip to Miyakojima and we absolutely loved RuGu. The trailer-house rooms was comfortable and very clean. There was a beautiful beach just few steps away from the facility. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the best part was the BBQ dinner! Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to visit the next time we visit South of Japan. さらに表示
