母親と旅行。初めて有馬に泊まりましたが、素敵な宿でした。 ロケーションはそんなに…？でしたが、許容範囲かな。 部屋の中のバスが改装したのか、とても綺麗でした！(入ってないけど) ご飯も美味しくて、ぺろりでした。 少し本館から別館への移動がめんどくさいかな、くらいです。 あと、もう少し自販機が充実してたらなあと思うところです。 さらに表示

とても良い清潔感のあるホテルで担当の鹿児島出身の若い仲居さんでしたが対応良く笑顔で接してくれてよかったです。あとは温泉は、もちろん夕食も美味しかったですが朝食が普通に感じました。またフロントの男性スタッフがもっと笑顔で対応されると良いですね！私が持っっている会員リゾートのスタッフは、どこへ行っても駐車場や散歩途中でも笑顔を絶やさず声をかけてくれる徹底した対応されています。ぜひともご参考にされると今以上に評価が上がると思います。 さらに表示

Convenient Location: Ryokan Arima Gyoen is just 5 minutes walk to the Bus Stations and the Arima Onsen Main Street; Value-for-money: The hotel is a bit old, but overall its clean. Good thing it is so close to JR bus stop for bus to and from Sannomiya and I'm front is a small river/stream which you could go to the bank of it and take photos. The onsen has the gold bath water but not large. The open /outdoor bath is also pretty small and all three pools are roof top. Room is good size and service is good for dinner. Located near the bus station and shopping street. Hotel itself is nothing fancy, but comfortable . Onsen is OK, outdoor one, not very big, if it's busy, it might not be too comfortable.. As for dinner, I expected the Kobe beef dinner a little more fancy than what we had, considering the price that we pay, I expected a little more, now it's just average. I have visited two Ryokan in Arima, this hotel although is not as expensive as the Arima Hot Spring Ryokan, but the staff here is very warm, efficient and treated you the very best. Definitely, I will recommend friends to this hotel. Thanks to all staff performing so well and give me great travelling experiences. さらに表示

The staff helped a lot for later dinner arrangement due to the flight delay we experienced. They were kind and friendly and eager to help always. The room was very clean and comfortable. Stayed for a night. Room was very traditional which I really like and the dinner was fantastic. Staff had limited English but they got everything I asked and more. Location was near the bus station and the shopping district. The onsen was big and clean. Had a really great time. さらに表示

We choose this hotel for the Onsen and Kobe Beef (dinner) but end up we prefer the breakfast (fish) than the dinner. However this hotel provide a full set dinner and breakfast which is good quality and quantity. The room is big include a bathroom and balcony area. Clean and comfortable. The onsen bath have different timing for hotel guest and outsiders. Silver onsen is outdoor but quite small and the capacity around 5pax. Gold onsen is around 6-8pax. Normal onsen is the biggest maybe for 10 pax above. (All is my own measurement). I went for onsen bath around 5.40am (which start from 5.30am) and only have around 4-5pax inside the onsen, consider not crowded and comfortable. The hotel location is near to arima bus terminal (5mins walk), bustop to sannomiya station (3mins walk), downtown area for shop and dinning (10mins walk) and far from rokko ropeway (20mins walk). The location is very good that close to downtown. We ordered "WAGYU JAPANESE BEEF" set for dinner. However, the staff explanation was limited that didn't get the best taste of those high grade beef. According to some review, the stuff would explain, and process for enjoying the "FOOD". さらに表示

I really enjoyed my stay in Arima Gyoen. The hotel is near from the bus stop. The name of the hotel was in Japanese character so it was a bit confusing for me. The room is really nice with the view of the city, the river as well as the hills. The only regret I had was that I did not order for the dinner. All restaurants are closed at 6PM, so no options but to dine in at the hotel, and since I did not reserve upfront I could not get the Kobe beef dinner. Although the Kobe beef ramen at the hotel café actually tasted really good. The golden and silver baths were really amazing. さらに表示
