結構なお値段払ってまで得られたものは、タイトルのとおり。 台風の影響で天候に恵まれなかったというのもあれ、黒根岩風呂も ねこさいの日も中止でガッカリなのをケアしてくれる訳でもなし (中止のお知らせをくれるのはありがたかったが)室内で代わりとなる イベントがある訳でもないのにはさびしかった。 大浴場は、露天も狭い。貸切風呂以外で料金に含まれるサービスは 他の旅館や高い外資系ホテルでもやっているし、値段の割にはという感じ。 すべて時間制でオプションで払ってくれればって感じも冷たい。 サービス員も臨時かインターンの研修生ばかりな感じだった。 お部屋に飾ってあった富士山の絵だけは良かったかな？センスが。 さらに表示

Third time coming back here. Spent two nights to just get some rest for year long hard work. Love the quiet room, open ocean view,and friendly staff. Both dinner and breakfast are fantastic. Quiet self time is exactly what I am after. さらに表示

The ryokan is facing to Pacific Ocean. Great ocean view and moonlight. Fantastic facilities and private onsens! Near to Izu-Hokkawa Station, by walk from the station is good choice if don't heavy luggages. Not convenient for eating if don't choice dinner served by the ryokan. There is just one restaurant and one alcohol store nearby and the closing time is 20:30, too earlier for traveler. We had the problem in 1st night because we did not book the room service dinner one day advanced. Staffs of the ryokan are very nice. One staff drove a van to send us to a convenience store near to Izu-Atagawa Station and was waiting outside until we brought what we needed. Even he actively came in to ask us if need language support when we checked out. さらに表示

- I like this hotel very much, so I would say the pricing is good value for its services. - Location-wise, the hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Izu-Hokgawa station. And the station is about 2 - 4 hours from the Tokyo station depends on if you missed the limited JR express train which is covered by one of the JR passes. - The room is an old-fashion japanese style room and clean. - Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. They address my needs and questions. Though they may not have a good command of English, they will do their best to assist. And I think this is a good service. - Facilities, the hotel is mainly for onsen. They have two kind of onsen services. One is general, you can have access to the general onsen bath located at 1st(ground) floor unlimited time. The other one is special onsen bath, you are entitled for 2 sessions (50 mins long each) for 1 night staying. Basically, you get your own private onsen suite for 50 mins with a gorgeous open view of the sea. The town doesn't have much to offer. It only got a convenience store about 3 mins walk from the hotel and also one public shore side onsen bath place. I was looking for a quiet, ocean-view hotel with great food. And this hotel offers exactly what I looked for. I do really enjoy the quietness and the ocean view of this hotel. Most of my staying time was spent on staring the sea in my quiet window room and do nothing. It is as best relaxing as I love. A big plus also comes with the great food. The dinner and breakfast were amazingly good. I guess making a great seafood meal is halfway done when you have the freshest supply just two steps away. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back. さらに表示

We had such a great experience. Staff spoke English and were all very kind and caring for our every needs. Facilities and room was amazing. Food was delicious and beautiful. The extra facilities and free activities offered were so well planned out. The spa/hot spring, public and private was such a treat! The view was incredible! I cannot wait to come back for a longer weekend break. Thank you Bousui! We also appreciated the shuttle service to and from the station and your customized confirmation email. Very friendly and helpful staff. View was spectacularly beautiful. Rooms are very clean. The main city is approximately 20 minutes drive away, only was to get there was by taxi. Taxi runs by metre but it is a little steep; I.e. 5000+ yen for one way. Would definitely stay again in the future. さらに表示

If I have a chance to go back to Atagawa, I don't think I will stay at this hotel again. I couldn't find any service minded staff EXCEPT a person, Ms. Ikegame, working at "Gekka (SPA)" at the hotel. A lady, who was expected to take care everything, didn't explain what was included in the menu and she couldn't answer a simple question during dinner service such as "what is this?". When I was away from the room for taking a bath between 6 am and 7 am, bed service was done even though I was not informed in advance! I was extremely disappointed with their service in general. Please note that your hotel is a five-star hotel charge standard and also mentions that your hotel is not the same as the general facilities. I will not ask for luxury and modernity. After all, your hotel is mainly retro. However, when I was in the bath, it was so ridiculous.
