Great Ryokan in the charming town of Hida Furakawa. The Ryokan itself was beautiful, with an excellent baths and stellar location at the meeting of two rivers. The food was excellent as well, featuring local ingredients served in a multi-course Kaiseki. We travelled here with a 20-month old, and the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, providing books and toys to ensure our toddler enjoyed the stay as much as we did. What a wonderful place, I want to thank Agoda for this booking, this was an ultimate, traditional Japanese experience! We were greeted with a traditional tea ceremony and made very welcomed, even though we were backpackers heading to Japanese Alps so not a regular type for that kind of accommodation. Building itself is a stunning example of traditional Japanese architecture. Beautiful views from the terrace, were we could sit and relax looking at the herons and kites. we could also enjoy private onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast was a wonderful start to a long day travelling to the Japanese Alps. I want to thank all members of staff, including kitchen staff for making our stay so pleasurable and unique! I hope I can stay there again! ありがとうございました! さらに表示
Le prix de 360 euros par jour sans repas est totalement injustifié au regard des prestations. L hôtel est vieux et pas très bien entretenu. Les jardins sont laissés à l abandon. La décoration des chambres est très hétérogène. Il n y a pas de Onsen.
