We have been to many ryokan and hotel, but no place offer the free wifi hotspot before. Very impressed! You just need to pay 1,000Yen to return them by post. Btw, the staff is nice. We also love style of hotel. And, there have supermarket at Tengachaya station, which offers reasonable price and good food. Highly recommended! さらに表示

Very nice staff. Loved the amenities provided. Quiet but convenient location. Very close to train stations. It only took me about 45mins to go to the airport. Would love to stay again. さらに表示

Room is bigger than what we though at first. \ Location is great (near subway / family mart). Need improvement on cleanliness when hotel agree on date and please check every room for dust on air condition filter. Small improvement on facilities - suggest to have couple of laundry/drying machine because there is none and hotel does not offer laundry service. Staff is very nice and helpful. さらに表示

The Staff was friendly, ambience is good and warm. They have shared kitchen and vending machine. You can cook or heating simple meal. The location is surrounded by local shops, you can buy some food and fruits from the shops. さらに表示

The ryokan is a bit of a distance from the main tourist area of dotonbori (10 minutes taxi ride or 2 train station away). But the staff certainly makes up for that. Staff were friendly and super helpful. She printed our Universal Studios tickets for me from my email without any charges and was willing to lend us umbrellas since it rained. Staff was friendly, offered the free portable wifi rental as well as the direction to nearest pharmacy when I was sick. Location is ok - ~35mins from airport via nankai line and 2 stops away from Namba. Find it a bit expensive for the stay though as there wasn't house keeping done. さらに表示

自助式旅店，5點以後櫃檯就沒人了（所以無法給員工表現評分），我的訂單明明是寫入住時付款，不是直接由agoda扣款，但是後來旅店又自行傳送付款連結，而且一直傳送錯誤連結，換了3張信用卡都無法付款，回信給飯店都無法得到處理的方式，最後還是透過agoda即時客服聯繫，最後才完成（花了半天旅遊的時間在聯繫，真的很不愉快，但agoda客服非常棒）當初是看到房間照片選擇的，住宿位置離車站有點距離（途中有一間大超市），帶著小孩拖著大行李箱，實在是有點不方便！六人房間在3樓，卻沒有電梯，而且樓梯非常陡且窄小，搬大行李很吃力！房間打掃也不是非常乾淨，日式被鋪翻開裡面還有之前房客的頭髮～房間跟照片長的一樣，就是比預期的還小，六人住行李攤開很擁擠，總之下次不會再入住了！晚上附近也不熱鬧，是在一條有蓋的通り裡面 さらに表示
