観光地へのアクセスの良さ、サービス含め全体的にとても満足できました。宿泊部屋数が少なく、お料理も部屋出しの為、落ち着いて過ごすことができ、夫婦での宿泊や記念日等での利用に良いと思います。仲居さんの接客もとても丁寧で親切にしていただきました。また旅行の際に行きたいと思います。 さらに表示

We really enjoyed staying at Ryokan Inchinomatsu - an excellent first night in Japan. It’s a oasis surrounded by some high rise buildings. The room is nicely decorated in authentic Ryokan style & looks out to the Japanese garden. The onsen is great & we had both meals in our room- both were very delicious. さらに表示

This place is beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. They gave us so much food. Service was impeccable. However, there’s not much around and you need to taxi there and back. Still, if you want to relax, you can’t go wrong here. さらに表示

The ryokan is within few 2 min walk from Yunokawa onsen tram station. You will see a hot foot bath area n a canal. Just walk along the canal n you will reach the ryokan. Dinner n breakfast are served in the room. They r kaiseki ryori. The dishes were many n they included one kinki (fried fish) n one hairy crab amongst several other dishes. The onsen is a small one. Two baths: indoor n outdoor. Quiet surroundings n v relaxing. They will make your futons n keep them (half hour after dinner n half hour before breakfast). Quiet ryokan where you can slow down your pace and relax in. Friendly staff. Limited english but always trying to understand your needs. Small indoor and open area onsen perfect to soak in during winter. Impressive breakfast and dinner spread which never disappoint you. Dinner will be served in your room. Impressive with service. You have dedicated staff to service my room for everything. She cannot speak English but it's not a problem. We can communicate by other way (mostly body language) and well understand each other. She is warmly nice and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were super! Large, variety, yummy with crab serve for each. Onzen is also nice although that the outdoor is quite small but relaxing enough. さらに表示
