I bring my daughter to stay in this hotel. I purchased 2 people in one room with dinner and breakfast. As I wish my daughter to enjoy adult meal, so that I book for 2 adult. At the end they charged me 2 adult plus 1 child price! And I can’t communicate with them as they don’t have english speaking staff in their hotel. さらに表示

My husband and I looooove this place! Everything was great! The service, the whole experience of being in a ryokan, the relaxing onsen, the futon, the WONDERFUL dinner and breakfast, even the restroom in each room was wonderful! Our stay was extremely pleasant as we were blessed with a pleasant room, extremely helpful staff and sumptuous meals. It fulfilled our desire of a more unique and traditional stay and by far exceeded our expectations. Mikki, the female attendant who was helping us most of the time made our stay especially inviting as she was very warm and welcoming. On top of doing what she was required to do, she went the extra mile to actually understand our needs and tried her best to make our stay more enjoyable. Without a doubt, our short time at the Ryokan Kanazawa Chaya will be an unforgettable one that I am eager to experience again. さらに表示

Ryokan situato vicino la stazione di kanazawa, molto comodo per partenze a arrivi con la valigia ma lontane a piedi le maggiori attrattive(facilmente raggiungibili con il bus).All'interno dell'albergo e' presente una SPA per i clienti e incluso nel prezzo ci sono la cena e la colazione(quest'ultima sia giapponese che continentale). Camere spaziose ed in stile tradizionale. Disponibili per i clienti yukate per accedere alle sale comuni ed alla SPA. All'arrivo viene offerto il te con dolcetti tipici. Cena kaiseki con menù degustazione davvero deliziosa e notevole, unico neo per noi, quando siamo scesi per la cena tutte le salette private erano occupate e pertanto ci hanno posizionato al bancone di una cucina inutilizzata davanti ad una cappa accesa e rumorosa, non il massimo per lo standard del ryokan ma soprattutto per il prezzo pagato!
