柚味のウェルカムドリンクは嬉しかった。美味しかった！ 部屋のシーツが汚れたあとがついたもので古そうだったし、部屋が狭かった。 寝るだけならよかったけど、長く部屋にいたのでこれは良くない。 ベッド周りががっかりした。 あと濡れたタオルをかけられる場所も欲しかった。 立地はすごく良かったし、河口湖駅まで迎えに来てくれるサービスもよかった。 花火をすると言ったらバケツとチャッカマンを貸してくれて写真も撮ってくれた。このサービスもよかった。 朝食は天井の高い部屋で開放感があってよかった。 味は普通で、メニューも普通でした この値段だと都内ならもぅ少しいい部屋に泊まれると思う。 施設が古いから、、、もう少し安くしてくれたらコスパが高くていい宿！っていう感想をもてたと思う。 目の前からボートに乗れたり、ローソンが横にあるのも良かったポイント。 さらに表示

I love this ryokan and their Onsen, especially the outdoor one. Walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station or take the sightseeing bus and alight at bus stop no.8. Dinner is not to my liking though, but they were served beautifully. Breakfast is great. Will definitely come back again for their onsen. さらに表示

I love this hotel! Everything was absolutely fantastic. The room is spacious and comfortable with separate toilet and bath/shower. Most importantly, there is a beautiful direct view of Mount Fuji right outside our room window! Heard that it is one of the very few rooms which offers this view hence we were very lucky (I did request this view). You can tell that this hotel has some age and the decor is a bit dated but this should not detract from the overall positive experience. I also highly recommend the private onsen. I tried all the baths available (B1, L7 and private) and I think the private onsen is well worth the price. You get a large room with onsen and relaxing outdoor area facing the lake plus a whole bathing and makeup area for 50 min. The dinner held in a private dining room was very tasty (though not outstanding) with many courses. Breakfast was a grand affair as well. All in all, the stay was definitely an amazing experience and my mum and I enjoyed ourselves very much. さらに表示

Located just next to the pier for the cruise and walking distance to the ropeway station. And next to a convenience store. Room is spacious for two ppl. Clean and tidy. Onsen is nice. Traveling with few of my friends together and it was our first time visiting Mt. Fuji Area. The accommodation has a very nice view of the lake and we both booked for the private Onsen bath on the balcony. So we can take a hot onsen anytime we want. Staff were so helpful and always prepare the beds for us on time. And the breakfast were included in the booking and the food was amazing!! My wife and I stayed in an open bath Japanese room for a night in Dec 18. The bath was overlooking the lake but doesn't offer a view of Fujisan. Guests could still go up to top floor to see though. Service was excellent. The next morning we had plans to hike up mount mitsutoge and down to lake kawaguchiko so requested for early breakfast at 7am. Though the standard is 730am earliest, they accepted our request. Staff service was excellent and most staff had good command of English. We felt welcomed and pampered. The Ryokan provides free pick up from Kawaguchi Station - you can just head over to the Tourist info center and they will help you make the call for free. The property itself faces the lake with certain rooms facing Mount Fuji. We were lucky enough to get a room facing Mount Fuji, but unlucky Mount Fuji played hide and seek with us during our stay. The staff at the property are amazing - dedicated, attentive and pro-active. We had booked the Kaisikei dinner and traditional Japanese breakfast for our stay. For the dinner we were given a private dining room where we dined in our yukatas which was provided to us. Food was generous in portions - some hits and misses. Breakfast was served in a common hall - which was enjoyable but not the best we've tasted. Our group all enjoyed the Onsen very much - as we were lucky we were the only ones in the Onsen throughout our visit. The building itself is a bit rundown but I give the staff A+++ for their service quality and efforts. さらに表示

Location can’t be beat, staff were wonderful, private open air bath tub is the best medicine after a long day exploring the mountains. Traditional Japanese breakfast was a bit on the small side, but oddly very very filling and satisfying. As authentic ryokan experience as you can’t get. さらに表示

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Kasuitei - Ohya. They were constantly looking out for me - ready to drive me anywhere, answering many questions in email timely before the visit, advice on what to do. Dinner, breakfast, overall vibe of the hotel wonderful. The décor is a touch dated, but, it actually added to the appeal of the place - intimate and homey. My wife and girls will always have fond memories of Mt. Fuji thanks to the staff at Kasuitei - Ohya. さらに表示

Great stay in a traditional Japanese Tatami room experience and onsen ! The room was large and comfortable. The price is high but you get to experience a different type of stay, onsen experience and a wonderful breakfast. Breakfast was worthy. We were here as on April 2017, the hotel is very nice. We can see Fujisan from our window. The traditional dinner was excellent and the staffs were really polite. There is also a convenient shop next to the hotel where you can buy some drinks or snack. In over all, I'm really impressed and enjoy staying here.
