Thank you for your warmest accommodation in your ryokan. The place was clean and we had the best and most relaxing stay in Hakone. We tried both the indoor and outdoor onsen, and they're better than the pictures show. さらに表示

Unfortunately, I have to say this one is totally not worth the money we've paid (80000 yen for two nights). The facilities are too old. For example, can you imagine that the hot and cold water taps are two separate taps? Yes, it is impossible to get warm water because there are two taps which are hot and cold. Follow by that, the air-conditioner can only warm up a small area. The outdoor onsen is just okay but believe me, it definitely doesn't worth the price you paid. Finally, the overall quality of the breakfast and dinner are really poor so that we had to go to the nearest Lawson to buy food. Fianlly, the privacy is just ok because we can easily see other room’s activity if they don’t close the curtain….. The staff are friendly, but other than these, everything is bad. 非常不推荐这家，80000日元两晚的价格你完全可以住到更好的地方。我和我女朋友是来度假的，看到网上这家评论还不错所以就订了，结果住了发现这家完全不值这个价。我举个例子，这家旅馆的设施可以老到冷热水龙头是分开的，也就是说梳洗台那他有两个水龙头，一个是出冷水的，一个是出热水的。。。。。呵呵，你能懂？？最后就再说一下可能很多人关心的早晚餐，真的简陋的不能再简陋。。吃不饱先不说，整体的食物的水平（包括鱼和鸡的等级）真的不高，山顶洞水平 さらに表示

Where to begin..? Location; right in front of the nohi bus from Toyama stop . So in the coldest weather you only need to walk 3 minutes to the inn Facilities: it’s a historic building aged130 years. Stayed at Seseragi.. second floor facing the river. The best. Spacious n overlooking the river . At night it’s just the sky and the stars at your window. Day time, just the river flowing Service; the best you can expect. They go the extra mile to exceed your expectations. All done meticulously and promptly. FOOD!!! The father and Son Chef dished out the finest and most beautiful Japanese cuisine . Everything just melts in your mouth. The grilled Iwana fish, the local vegetable tempura, the miso paste with rice, the cold dishes ... the best dining everrr And of course. The Location is reachable using Hakone Tozan Bus(100yen),we have a Japanese lady that serves us thru out our 2D1N stay from refreshments to the breakfast the next morning - making our beds - water-tea & so on. there isn't any convenience store nearby except 10 mins bus out , a very well quiet & tranquil place to be. outdoor onsen was by the lake so requires a 5 mins walk from indoors. overall a well deserved break . さらに表示

위치가 다소 외진 곳에 있긴 했지만 버스를 타고 이동했기 때문에 그에 따른 불편함은 없었습니다. 시설 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 노천탕은 예약을 하고 전용으로 이용을 하였는데 물이 꽤 뜨거운 편이었습니다. 주변 경관이 좋아 온천을 즐기면서 구경을 할 수도 있었고 실내온천도 전면유리 너머로 꽃을 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 꿩요리가 석식메인으로 나오는데 맛있었어요. さらに表示

We stayed 2 night in this lovely Ryokan which is located 10 minutes by bus/taxi from Hakone Yumoto station. We had the breakfast and dinner package included which we found to be worth every penny. The food and its presentation/serving by our hostess in our room was absolutely brilliant and a very nice experience you shouldn't miss. Although the amenitties probably are a few years old, everything was very clean and nice eith large rooms (in fact more like an apartment with a bed room, living room, make-up room for ladis and a nice little veranda). There are hot spring baths both outside and inside, separate for men and women. However from 19:30 it is possibel to reserve the outside baths for private use with familiy or couples sharing the same outdoor bath. The outdoor bath is close to a little creek with birds singing from the surrounding trees/woods. Very nice. A short bus ride is required to get into the little town of Hakone Yumoto where shops and cafes/resturants are located. さらに表示

除了车站坐几站公交可到。和想象中的泡汤不一样，其实就是类似于大众浴池，只是很干净。私人汤需要预约，基本上30分钟体验，很抢手。怀石料理体验感不错，但钟爱川菜的我觉得体验一次就够了。服务的小哥哥很帅很nice。晚饭结束需要休息的话也会在榻榻米上帮你铺上被褥，挺舒服的。 さらに表示

服务人员的态度真的超级好，料理也很好吃，还有室外温泉，简直不能再美好了！退房时服务人员还都到门口车站送别客人，真是如家般温暖。唯一美中不足的可能是设施比较老，但完全不影响入住体验。向大家强烈推荐！ さらに表示

服务超级好！！温泉真的很赞的，大浴池和室外的试了，泡完皮肤是滑滑的，温泉的洗浴和洗头都很不错的，还有专门婴儿洗的，提醒一下入住温泉酒店无论是否泡温泉都是要收温泉税哦，酒店离汤本站7、8分钟车程，有点远了，而且免费车只有M线到哦，葛原下车对面就是了，半小时一班，有时错过了就要等一下下了，不过酒店有收费的车接送还算方便的，订的是包早晚餐的，怀石料理对我需要一般，但雉子肉刺身第一次试，呵呵，还是挺新鲜的，还有帅哥服务帮忙送餐，房间挺大的，还有凹试浴缸，室外休息室外还有阳台可以出去看星星看月亮，呵呵，总之选择这个真的不错，订的时候可能比较迟了，刚好只有一间，马上确定了，就是可能周末入住价格贵一点的，不过服务享受很值就是了，值得推荐的一间酒店，最后环境也是很赞的 さらに表示
