価格の割にスタッフのクォリティが低いように感じました。何といったことではないですがプロっぽくないっていうか何か問題が生じたときにすぐに対応できないことがあり、ちょっとこの価格帯でどうなのかなと思いました。部屋は素晴らしく部屋風呂も堪能、設備は申し分ないです。夕食は食べなかったのでコメント無しです。 さらに表示

私は日本人ですが、食事の担当者が中国人だったので料理の説明が丁寧にされなかった様に感じました。
高級温泉なので富裕層の外国人利用者も多い為、中国人スタッフを雇うのはいいと思うのですが、日本人のお客様には日本人をアテンドしたほうが良いと思います。 さらに表示

The private wooden hot spring in room is comfortable and water temperature is hot enough.

The overall experience was good, though the hotel is isolated in the mountains but was convenient to arrive with a 5-10min ride of bus. The service was great, room facilities were up to expectation with really good quality of food. Overall we will recommend this hotel for others to try out too. さらに表示

Excellent service. Other than shutter bus, many buses can arrive the hotel. There has a bus, route L, outside of the hotel, directly access to Gotemba Premium Outlet (bus schedule: 9:10am and 1:45pm). It takes about 1 hour to the outlet.

We were treat as a real "customer is the king" from the first time we stepped in to the ryokan. We were enjoying the politeness and the ambiance and helpful staffs. The only problems we faced was english speaking staffs, so it is not easy to communicate with.
Eventhou we stayed only 1 night, it's very impressive and wish us to come back again some day.

This hotel is as beautiful as the advertised photos. It is in a relatively quiet area that's easily accessible by the local Hakone Tozan bus. There is also a shuttle bus service to/from the Hakone-Yumoto train station. The hotel room is big, clean and has a minimalistic look to it. The beds are very comfortable.
The private onsen can fit two adults easily.
The service from the hotel staff is impeccable. From the moment you arrive at the hotel, the hotel staff will greet you at the door and provide you with a small snack before you check into your room. The meals were good, not great -- we preferred the breakfast over dinner (perhaps we're not used to the traditional Kyoto style -- though the fish we had was slightly overcooked).
Overall, this is a very nice place to go and relax. I would recommend this hotel to couples for a romantic getaway. さらに表示

We stayed in the standard double room with private open air bath, soooooo amazing and it has a separate shower room that you can get a forest view! Exceptional experience! Everything is newly updated and the room is very big! You can enjoy your own private hot spring. The staffs there also have exceptional customer service. The girl who served us dinner saw me didn’t eat much and my face looked pale (I was having very bad jet lag and that gave me bad stomachache) so she offered to provide us room service and gave me medicine and food I wanted to eat. So considerate and really care about the customer. I’m so grateful for their service! The dinner and breakfast are Japanese style cuisine, which have very great quality and look pretty! Also, the hotel location is super convenient, it’s literally at Deyama stop on the H bus line, the longest line that you can go to most places in Hakone! Highly recommend you to try this hotel, you won’t regret, it worths every single penny. さらに表示

Great room, excellent food and impeccable service. The location is beautiful, but a little inconvenient; you have to take the shuttle down to the train station to get the train to go back up towards Gora. If you're the kind of person who likes to do a morning walk before breakfast you won't find a place to walk directly from the ryokan, and it's not possible to get all the way down to the river. Would be wonderful if they had some local walking paths. さらに表示
Travelled as a group of four and stayed one night during lunar new year. Decoration and colour coordination at the place seems unfinished , with a lack of details that one would expect from a high end ryokan. Many Taiwanese staff works there ( who are dedicated to please the customers ) but makes me feel more like in a hot spring hotel in Taiwan rather than a premium ryokan in Japan. Soaking in the private onsen overlooking the bamboo forest is relaxing but the water is not as hot as regular onsen ( though I can turn on the tab but I didn't bother as unsure if that's spring water or just tap water ) . Forget About the public bath if you have private onsen in the room as the setup n size is only marginally different . Ingredients of the food is fresh but lack in presentation . For similar price range , strongly prefer Gora hanaougi - which I stayed a few months ago . In summary , this place is not value for money and will not be back . さらに表示

We came here as a group of 6 (3 couples) as the last leg of our trip. What an amazing experience! The hotel is immaculate, the staff incredibly attentive, the food delicate and delicious and the room/onsens are out of this world! We all wished we could have stayed for a week! The experience was one of a kind and a memory I will take with me forever. Although it was expensive it was worth every dollar spent. I can't wait to come again! さらに表示
