３歳と５歳の子連れで宿泊させていただきました。離れで露天風呂という点に惹かれて、予約させていただきました。 夕飯、朝食、ともに、子供用は取り皿と、ご飯のみ運ばれてきて、物足りなさがありました、大人のお料理を取り分けましたが、子供が好むような内容のものではなく、お腹すいた、何か食べたい、とずっと言っていたので、お子様ランチ程度でも用意していただけたらな、と思いました。 お料理の量も少なく感じました、 温泉は客室についているので、ゆっくりと家族で楽しめました。 寝具も大人2人分しかなく、３歳と5歳といっても、少し狭く感じました、 子供料金も払っているので配慮いただければ、と思いました。 でも家族でいい思い出ができました、ありがとうございます。 さらに表示

お部屋がきれいでした。但し、ある年配従業員の接客が雑です。電話対応の言い方も適当です。safety boxがありません。テレビの受信状態が悪くて、映りません。フロントに問い合わせたら、従業員の電話対応が適当でした。名前を知らないけど、その従業員の無礼な態度のせいで、一刻も早くこの旅館から離れたくて仕方がない。当然、友達に紹介できません。 さらに表示

It was an amazing stay! It was kinda a bit away from all the happenings around Yufuin, but then again its a small town and its only a stones throw away. The private open bath that we had was quite good and also they have 3 different Onsens that we can use most times of the day! The breakfast was good but the only fault i can find is that we had the same breakfast 2 days out of 3 that we were there. Overall it was fantastic! さらに表示

Around 10 minutes walk from the JR station. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean and decent. The food is tasty and we enjoyed the hot spring very much. Reasonable price , high cp value Highly recommend it!! さらに表示

We could use 3 different types of spa and they were so good. Staff was very kind so there was no inconvenience as we couldn't speak Japanese. You can't find many restaurants in the city so, if you won't choose breakfast and dinner at this place, you might have little uncomfortable. さらに表示

Cozy accommodation with private onsen(built-in hot spring) in your room. The staffs were warm and kind even if they could barely understand English. But they have strict rules for check-in / out time & dinner/breakfast time, we got up quite early to have their breakfast. さらに表示

Male staff speaks English well. Family hot springs were very good. For us, the temperature of hot spring was very good. Japanese breakfast was delicious. From this building, you can reach any place in Yufuin on foot. We really enjoyed staying here. さらに表示

While it was great having a private onsen just outside the room, unfortunately there was no hot water from the shower. Also a loud constant chugging noise can be heard from the water system outside the room we stayed in. さらに表示

It was second time to visit Yufuin. This Ryokan was real great! Of course it looks same with pictures and host was soooo nice and kind! Especially the privite spa was amazing! If i have a chance to visit Yufu again, I want to stay that Ryokan again! さらに表示

booked the room with private hot spring.Big room but the bathroom is actually on the outside next to the hot spring tub so can get a bit cold when you want to just take a shower. And the room is separated from the main building so have to walk around to go to the dining room. The dinner and breakfast is just satisfactory but saves us the trouble of walking out at night to look for restaurants. The area surrounding the hotel is quite quiet at night .You will have to walk to the area around the JR station to eat at night which is not too far . Good place to soak and relax. さらに表示

The ryokan had 3 private baths, and the middle one was a pretty outdoor bath. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, and the owner provided yukatas for all the guests, which was a nice touch. It was a 10 min walk to the touristy area where many snacks and souvenirs were sold, and we enjoyed staying in that area. When we checked out, we were given lovely little owl charms and I think they were handmade by someone from the ryokan! さらに表示

The hot springs in there are awesome. They all are "public-private" hot springs. All the persons who are staying there can use the hot spring but when you use it, you can lock the door and it becomes a private hot spring for you only. It is nice! さらに表示

Private hot spring when not busy. I stayed there for 2 nights and had 3 hot baths though a bit far from my room. It was so cold to walk over there but warmed up quite a lot after the bath. Breakfast was good and filled my stomach up in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. さらに表示
