低価格な民宿っぽい旅館です。そもそも格安なのでよほどのことがないかぎり文句を言う気にはならないのかもしれませんが、良い点はあります。幼児のいる家族なので風呂が貸し切りで全員で入れたことは特によかったです。風呂の予約は必要なく、あいているときに入って、使用中の札をドアに下げるだけです。居心地は良いし、松本の中心街にも近くて便利でした。部屋にはテレビもあるし、wi-fiも完備されています。ご主人もおばあちゃんもやさしそうな方で、とても気に入りました。旅行って気がつけばいろいろ出費があるので、宿泊料が安いというのは大きなメリットだし、その上場所も居心地もよいとくれば、悪い訳ないですよね。 さらに表示

二回目ですが、毎回宿泊したくなります。最初アゴダさんの予約をした時に、ネットでの評判であまり良くなかったので、一抹の不安はありましたが、ちゃんと予約も取れましたし、お支払いもちゃんとカード決済されてました。 但し、ネットで予約を済ませても直ぐに宿泊先の予約状況に反映して、お部屋がリザーブ出来るのではなく、FAXが来てから確認するそうなので、予約を完了させたら、宿泊先にも一応アゴダさんで予約を入れたと言って、万が一の為に部屋をおさえておいてもらう方がいいかもです。 それと、予約をネットで完了した際のホテルバウチャーと、領収書は忘れずにプリントアウトしたほうがよろしいです。 料金は、とにかく安いです。 さらに表示

すごく良い
初めて泊まりましたが、値段以上に快適に泊まれました。自分の泊まった部屋は角部屋で冷蔵庫もあり、飲み物を冷やせて良かったです。ただ、裏口ぼ近くで自動ドアの音がちょっと気になりました。お風呂も誰かが使用してると使えないのも少し不便ですね。 ただ、宿泊費は断然安いので値段相応の価値はあります。 駅から少し歩きますが、駅までの送迎にも対応してもらって非常に助かりました。 接客はアットホームな感じで満足です。 また、利用したいと思います、 さらに表示

Since this ryokan is without meals, it is fairly affordable. The people who run it are very cordial and polite. The typical Japanese attention to detail can be seen in everything. They provide yukata to wear while relaxing, there's shared shower rooms which are quite large compared to most hostels. And an onsen which is not gender separated, so you can bathe as a family. And you can also use it exclusively for your by putting up a do not disturb card! The only downside is location - you can not use public transport to reach here, and walking is difficult if you have a big suitcase as you need to climb two flights of stairs to cross some construction work on the road. さらに表示

Staff were very polite and provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived, and spared no effort in explaining the check-in procedures because we booked different rooms on multiple days even though there was slight language barrier. Shared indoor onsen bath was a further bonus. Futon mattresses were thick and comfy in a rather spacious room as well. Definite value for money & would return here on my next trip to Matsumoto! さらに表示

The staff and owners are wonderful. The ryokan is clean and the futons are very clean and comfortable. The futons were already made for us. The owner gave us a free ride back to the station early in the morning, which was convenient and time saving. We have to take a cab to the ryokan when we arrived since it was raining and a 10 minutes walk is difficult with luggages. All in all, this is a lovely ryokan that resembles grandma's house, very homey. さらに表示

The ryokan is quite a distance from Matsumoto station. When we first arrived, the lady owner checked the 3 of us into a room that can barely fit us in. The next morning we requested the man owner to change and we were given a bigger, much comfortable room. Although he can barely speak English he is very kind and even let us use the washing machines for free and showed us where to dry our clothes. The room comes with TV, green tea & hot water heater/thermos (sometimes they leave us the thermos) & small fridge. Clean towels & yukata are given daily. They have a great bath in the next building which we love. The man owner is very kind and drove us to the station when we checked out as it was raining. We also found a gem restaurant nearby - the food was great and we loved the couple who run the place - they even served us 2 dishes on the house! さらに表示

the price is good. the owner was super nice even though he didn't speak much english but he tried to communicate. the location is quite a walk from the train station if you have to carry big baggages. Otherwise it's a really nicw ryokan. さらに表示

The location is not far from the JR station (10 minutes), but it might be a bit confusing. You can find a 7Eleven and a Lawson nearby. The Ryokan itself it's clean and quiet and the futon is very comfortable. The only inconvenient are the showers, 1 in the main building and 1 in the annex, sometimes you have to wait a long time for them to clear out. Great value overall, would definitely return さらに表示

This is my 1st time staying in this hotel. I get a jap Style room sleeping on Tatami Floor with comforter. The room size is good compare to any rooms size you can find at this budget in the city. The place is quite and you can really get some good sleep and relax all the time. However the location is not so easy access. This was my second stay here. I adore this place. The photos don't come anywhere close to capturing how clean and comfortable it is. I have extensive travel experience and I have never seen a place that comes close to their standards of tidiness. The family who runs the place are cute and friendly. This place is a gem! I've stayed in dozens of hotels and ryokan all over Japan, and this one is absolutely the best. It is so clean that it makes the others look shabby. Seriously—this place is as sanitized as a hospital. The photos don't do justice... to be honest I expected it to be a little run-down, but it's ultramodern. The bath is really cool! And the staff could not be nicer. The women at the front desk were funny and friendly, with lots of personality. The neighborhood is quiet, but a 15 minute walk from the train station. We were happy stayed at this Ryokan for two nights. The room is very big with futon. The ryokan's owner send us to station at each morning. Although he can not speak english. He try his best to give the best service to the customers. Very pleasant! さらに表示
