晩餐は会食で少しお酒のみたいから、追加注文したが、ビンごとの注文なぜか口頭で応じてくれたけど、なかなかもってこない。何回も声かけし続けたが、会食終わるまで出してきてない。景色もいいし、部屋にも温泉できて快適だったが、サービスの悪さに残念を感じた。 さらに表示

温泉風呂付の部屋に泊まりました。松の抄の部屋。たたみの部屋とリビングが別になっていて広い。 ただ部屋がロビーからちょっと離れており、階段を下りたり上ったりと大変ですが、多少遠くても気にならない方であればおすすめ。夜鳴きそば美味しいです。ただ朝ごはんが常に和食だったので途中ちょっと洋食も食べたかった。 さらに表示

Wonderful for in-house hot springs and a waterfall within walking distance (2-3 miles). Ski resort close by as well. Great for a honeymoon. Far away from everything. Authentic Japanese place. Dead town during rainy season. If you can get there and pay the price, it’s worth it. 5 hours to get there by bus from Tokyo. Having a car would be beneficial. さらに表示

Highly recommend for anyone looking for an Onsen experience and some nature. This is 25 mins from Kamikochi which is in National Park. The free shuttle bus to Kamikochi was awesome though I wish the last one back was later than 2:15. Nice spacious rooms, loved the circular stone bathtub in my room. さらに表示

Had the room with the private onsen bath which was beautiful, looking out at the snowy garden and snow capped mountains. Breakfast was good and the grilled hida beef dinner was excellent. Can skip the shabu shabu though. Hotel provides free ramen and milk as well as some snacks during certain hours so good to check when you are there. It was a fantastic experience to enjoy the outdoor hot spring with snow view. miyama ouan is super nice hotel with the BEST hot spring experience I had in Japan, even better than hakong and Hokkaido. The food in hotel is very delicious, and they provided free local milk and Raman for customers in different hours. The best is the outdoor hot spring and private hot spring. Love this place and I definitely will come back! Ps. I recommend to stay at least 2days as the transfer from Takayama city to hotel is not very convenient. さらに表示

The staff are very nice with good English ability. No trouble communicating with them. Excellent breakfast and dinner included. If you go in winter you better go earlier cox it's not easily accessible. But overall i will definitely recommend ppl to stay here! さらに表示

Excellent onsen and very nice rooms. We chose the room with indoor onsen looking out into the forest which was superb. Free milk and ramen in the evening, although not important, was a small nice touch that made this place feel like home さらに表示

We stayed in the ryokan for 2 nights and it was absolutely fantastic. The outside onsen was so relaxing, the staff was really kind and helpful, the room was sparkling clean and the area is just beautiful. Such a great experience , I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family さらに表示

One of the best Ryokan experience. They have a public onsen, 1 private outdoor (which you can book via the front desk), and a private indoor onsens. They provide free milk through the day (up till 11pm) and free Yakult in the morning as post onsen. Free Ramen are served at the front desk between 10 to 11 pm as well. We were surprised at this facilities, with rooms fit for a Shogun, with private Onsen. 3 other public Onsen outside your room. Dinner and breakfast was included and the beef was better than any wagyu that I have tasted. さらに表示

We were fortunate to have stayed and experienced the great service this property had to offer. Staff were friendly with minimum spoken English but extremely polite. Breakfast was scrumptious served in a room with spectacular views. Ramen was served every night at 9.30 compliment of the Ryokan. The highlight was the private onsen for couples. Water is clean. You can only book on the day of usage no advance booking allowed. The bathroom is clean. Easy walking distance to the main bus stop, alternatively you can use the free shuttle bus from the Ryokan. My husband and I loved the whole package this Ryokan offered and enjoyed our experience tremendously. We will definitely return to this Ryokan again. さらに表示

hotel is a prefect size - wiht about 30 rooms, good location in a mountain valley, with excellant breakfast and high quality dinner set menu - hida beef of course. you can choose to have your breakfast / dinner with seating in front of big window which is with a view of snowy mountain. hot spring is good size , not too big and we are lucky there is not many people during my visit - very quiet surrounding, we fully enjoyed the outside experience of hot spa with snow falling down. surely, we will go back again !! さらに表示
