このホテルはやっぱりいい所ですが、あまり便利じゃなくて、特にインタネット及び清掃。窓の辺りに埃で一杯です。ここの利点は富士山が綺麗に見えるって景色がすごく素晴らしかったんです。一人で手配するのはあまりの大変なので、Staffを雇うなら、いいと思います。とにかく、お爺さんというオーナーに親切に良いサービスを下さいまして、すごく感動しました。今後機会があれば、ぜひまたここに戻りますよ。 さらに表示

I went there end of 2019 on December, I was bad hotel that I've been. There was no information about check-out time and fine when check out late. I try to discuss with him in Japanese about no information before, but he reject and consist to the fine. He had really bad service mind. さらに表示

Great location where you can see Mt. Fuji from the hotel entrance and it's exactly at the intersection where the Fujisan Marathon route was. Also close to Lake Kawaguchiko and very convenient to get around. However the staff may not able to speak English and will be difficult to communicate and the Onsen can be better. I stayed for one night for my Fujisan marathon run this year. The location is great within 1km walking distance to the start and finish point. However, the heat of the room is freaking weak and I had to wear all of my clothing to stay warm for the night. Avoid if the weather is cold!!! さらに表示

Good Ryonkan style hotel Good view of mt. Fuji I did't have diner there due to need reservation but the food look good. Public On-sen is avialable with very clean room. Near the Kawakuchiko lake and herbal house museum. さらに表示

Although cheaper than quite a number of ryokans in the area, I would suggest forking out the extra worth of cash and look elsewhere. Room was absolutely tiny for a 3 person room. Toilets are shared. There isn't even a sink in the room. And the heater didn't work very well. That being said this is a cheap place, so if u just want a cheap place to crash than this is it. さらに表示

staff seems can't communicate with other language, although it is attentative and friendly. no toillite in the room nor wifi serive. The spa is super hot so we didn't be able to use it. With a price comparable to a 4 star hotel , it is really just offer a budgeted hotel standard . さらに表示

Room is bigger than japanese average size and good heater in winter. Window view can see fuji mountain in the morning. Easy to access onsen outside the hotel and bus stop. Cons: No dining, and around 800 meter to find the restaurant. Only wifi in lobby さらに表示
