ドアを持ち上げないと鍵が回らない。和室への襖の滑りが悪く都度大きな摩擦音。どちらも開閉に非常に大きな力が必要。食事が塩辛く濃く　夏ということもあるが　多くの人が水を欲しがっていた。こちらから給水に行くと給仕さんはお茶を勧めるので飲んだがまずい。目の前で火を通すメニューが３つでたが、要求しないと火をつけてくれない。食べる様子を見守っている訳ではない。スポーツ系団体客対応で人手が取られ臨時の給仕さんだったのか高齢者が多く要領が悪いというかこちらが手伝いたくなる。フロントは上から目線でこちらの意図を汲んでくれない。１F２Fの階段はすぐわかるがそれより上への非常時の階段経路がわかりにくい。また２Fは宴会場ということもあるが今時タバコ臭い。DIYで対応できるような維持管理や、塩辛い喉の乾きなど　生存に当たり前の「基本のき」をまずやってほしい。夕食前に舞台姿で挨拶に来られた女将は　女将劇場に情熱と人手をかけているようだが　優先順位は何か考え直してほしい。お風呂は５種類あって楽しめる。 さらに表示

　前から泊まってみたい旅館で、 名物の女将劇場を楽しみにしていたけれど、 その日は残念ながら休演でしたが、 温泉が６つもあるので癒されました。 また行ってみたいと思う旅館の１つです。 さらに表示

温泉地にもかかわらず露天風呂の通路や脱衣所には埃だらけ！あの埃の溜まり方からすると数ヶ月は掃除してない感じ。 二度と泊まりません。 朝食もショボい。コーヒーメーカーは壊れてコーヒーが出てこない。スタッフのおばさんは1日に100杯も200杯もお客さんが使うから壊れたと言う。また、通路を塞ぎ通れない。 さらに表示

湯田温泉駅から徒歩15分ぐらい。 施設は古さ漂うが、温泉も客室も清潔に保たれてる。 ホテル内に色んな種類の温泉があるのは、とても便利！ コンビニも徒歩5分内にあるため、買い物も困らない。 駅送迎とかあると便利だと思う。 さらに表示

The walk from train station to hotel is longer than expected (maybe, because we are carrying our baggage?). The view from the room is beautiful. The half board rate for 2p is around ~USD200, which is almost USD50 cheaper than the hotel we stay in Iwakuni. They also serve some local cuisine during dinner -- noodle on a piece of hot roof tiles -- that is interesting to try out. さらに表示

The staff at this hotel are outstanding. The owner puts on a funny performance every night post the lovely dinner. We were also lucky to join in a staff birthday party at the bar on ground floor. Excellent stay! さらに表示

So I avoided smoking room and pick Japanese traditional room and put additional request of non smoking room. But for some reason we got smoking room(there’s an ashtray in the room) and it was so stinky. We had to opened the window all day long and sprayed but still it was so bad. We went to front desk and asked about it but they were just saying “rooms are full”. Onsen water was good. Morning time before checkout, I did onsen alone. After finishing it, I was trying to get my towel and male cleaner came to the woman’s onsen area. Female cleaner was there with me during whole time but I guess she didn’t warn there’s customer in it. Actually, in my short Japanese skills she wanted him to bring something while I was in the tub. Well they didn’t expect me to come out that fast but that’s kinda not my business and as a result he literally saw my WHOLE NAKED BODY within 2m distance. He said sorry and disappeared and female worker said I’m sorry shortly and back to work so I guess that was no big deal for them? So well, if you really want to stay this hotel then get ready to wash all your clothes after staying because of smoke smell and if someone see your naked body, just forget it it’s nothing serious. Counter desk wouldn’t even know that happened. 여기 옵션은 흡연방과 그게 아닌 것 둘이 있어서 아닌 방으로 했음. 그리고 특별요청에 금연방을 선택했음. 그러나 흡연방을 줌. 진짜 지린내 장난 아니었음. 겨울이었음에도 창문 계속 열어놓고 있었음. 카운터에서는 그냥 방이 풀이네요 라고만 하고 가만히 있음. 다음날 아침에 온천 하고 나오는데 남자 직원과 마주침 ㅋ 엄청 가까웠음 ㅋ 여자직원이 그 전에도 계속 있었는데, 내가 나올 줄 모르고 뭐 물건 좀 달라고 했던 듯. 완전 제대로 마주쳤는데 자기들끼리 어 미안해요 이러고 중얼중얼거리더니 그냥 청소 마저 하고 가 버림. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ?무슨 일이...?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 다른 데를 가세요 여러분.. さらに表示

I barely find any other global tourist when stayed. exotic enough and Quite affordable to experience Japanese Ryokan style Hotel. the hotel has hot spring in the building so you can enjoy it without difficulty. the room seems cleaned but the building is pretty old. Really enjoyed the stay. Good was great served in private dining area. Onsen facilities are very good and even had free evening entertainment in hotel. Although all in Japanese the show was enjoyable and had some classical funny sketches in any language. Would use this hotel again. さらに表示

At the price we paid, and based on Agoda’s high rating, we were expecting a nice hotel. The room is spacious but everything was worn out and in need of refurbishment. The worst was the window next to the bed which had a thick layer of dust like it has not been cleaned for years. The dinner was so-so, compared to what we had in other hotels. If u olan to be at udaonsen this hotel may be the most expensive one but it includes your meal both dinner and breakfast with a FUKU set and many traditional japanese dishes and very good service to please you they will ask u when u would like to have dinner and breakfast AND YES u have to attend the show which is lead by the landlady herself about 2 hours most of them r fun and feel warm like a home And u can enjoy different kinds of onsen rooms. The room was comfortable and we can get a nice sleep under ryokan room type and bed さらに表示
