温泉の種類か多くて、一泊の滞在では足りなかったです。特に露天風呂の洞窟風呂や滝のお風呂は最高でした。滝のお風呂では蛍も見れて感激しました。お食事はとても美味しかったですが量が多くて食べきれなかったのが残念でした。 さらに表示

Ryokan Okunoyu provides us with an amazing gastronomic, service and hot spring experience. From all the Ryokans we visited in Kurokawa, Okunoyu was the cleanest and had the best staff. We can only recommend this place. さらに表示

Pros: The facilities, staff and food are very nice Small con: I asked to to change the bedding by not feather one because of allergy in beforehand and it wasn’t done when we arrived and it took a bit of time even when we were there. A very private and cosy ryokan. Bowled over by the serenity and tranquillity. You won't know that the establishment is set in the midst of a residential area as our room faces the mountain. Had a bit of trouble looking for it though it appeared a bit far out and incongruous to the surrounding houses. The cleanliness is exceptional. The meals were to die for. Everything you would want for in a holiday and in a ryokan. Understand that it is only 10 minutes by car to Yufuin town centre and they provide a limousine service although I did not use it as I had my own rental car. Staff were attentive during meal times and other than that, left you to your privacy. Little touches like 'his' and 'hers' toiletries completed the experience. さらに表示

The staff were incredibly hospitable, the many baths (big and private ones) within the ryokan were gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Picking up our luggage from the bus stop before checkin then picking us up again from the information centre at check in, the staff were always very helpful. We had our meals in the dining room with floor to ceiling windows looking into the garden and felt extremely pampered. While it is a little bit of a walk to the town centre (approx 15min to info centre), the walk is quite lovely. Would definitely come visit here again in the future. さらに表示

We loved everything we saw at the ryokan from the friendliness of the staff to the facility, it's top-notch. All the onsens were well maintained with enough descriptions for English speakers to figure out what to do. Perhaps the best part of it was the meals. We were blown away by the 14-course kaiseki dinner included with the stay. This aone would've costed around $100 elsewhere. It was a good sampling of traditional Japanese cuisine made with the utmost attention to details. The only complaint I had was that they couldn't take my Visa credit card which used up a good portion of our cash reserve. さらに表示
