ビジネスホテルのように、素泊まりで、シングルベッドが２つある部屋に泊まりました。清潔で、静かでした。廊下には、電子レンジがあり、部屋にはお湯と氷水の入ったポットもあります。大浴場も広くてきれいでした。残念なのは、送迎はありますが、外湯のある温泉街から徒歩１５分なので、雨が降ると浴衣でちょっと散策は難しいと思います。次回は、もっと温泉街に近い旅館にたぶん泊まります。 さらに表示

This was a splurge for us and was beyond what we expected. We did the breakfast and dinner which was definitely recommended. It was truly impressive the spread they gave us. The staff speaks minimal english but was so welcoming to us. We had such a relaxing time here and the hotel will deliver your luggage to a tourist office near the train station for free so that you can stay in Kinosaki after checkout. We used the bikes to ride about 4 miles to the coast and then took the train to Takeno and did some hiking on our last day. Would definitely recommend. Also, the onsen at the hotel was really nice and usually quite quiet. We also felt like it was very authentic because we were the only non-Japanese guests when we were there, so it was not flooded with loud tourists. さらに表示

Ryokan Onishiya Suishoen was absolutely fantastic. We stayed for two days and wished we could stay longer. The staff were impeccable with understanding all of our needs - helpful, friendly and very kind. We were picked up from the station even though we had arrived late and driven to restaurants after the shuttle bus service had finished for the day. The Onsen baths in the Ryokan were our favourite out of all of the baths we visited in Kinosakionsen Town. I absolutely want to come back to Japan to come back here. An absolute delight. We booked breakfast for our two mornings and this was an unforgettable experience - highly recommended. I also booked a massage and this was performed in the room - needless to say - it was great! My three favourite places to visit are Prague, Venice and now Ryokan Onishiya Suishoen in Kinosaki Onsen Town & this is partly down to the staff and the service we received while staying. We had an excellent stay at this ryokan and very much enjoyed going to the onsens located around town. Great services provided include - pick up and drop off from airport, pick up and drop off at any onsen, free pass to all the onsens in town, one of the nicest yukatas provided by hotels (including a bag). The staff at the front desk speaks limited english but is very helpful. He even searched and printed my train schedule for me which was much appreciated. Breakfast and dinner were off a large variety although the taste was only so-so. I liked how they explain each dish that we were having and the proper way of eating it. They also have a nice garden to gaze and their own onsen. In my opnion, the hotel's onsen was the best in town! It was both indoor and outdoor and the temperature was not scorching hot. Lovely and quiet surroundings, awesome facilities (including free loan of bike - cycling around town in yukata is a fantastic experience, and makes travelling around super fast), friendly and wonderful service from the staff. We checked in a bit late, the second thing they told us was check out time. Not a warm welcome. Ryokan is a little bit out of the centre, not really a problem, shuttles run whenever you call them. But also not available after check out time (the 3rd thing they told us), which is 10am. Food is ok, we had it in the room, didn't have a choice. Think there weren't many people having dinner and breakfast in the Ryokan. The room is ok, we have stayed in 2 more ryokans, with nicer rooms. Food was a lot, but weren't sure how to eat some things. The lady serving us couldn't speak English at all, so we didn't really got any explanation. The Onsen is nice, too bad they don't have private onsens. Overall we got the feeling that this place really is about getting the guests away quickly as possible and making money. Next time we would go for a smaller Ryokan, which is more intimate. さらに表示

Ryokan is alittle off grid, had to walk a distance to get to main action in town. I stayed in a western style room, room was decent and overall facility basic, so maybe overall doesn't justify the price tag. Anyhow, I realized that the Ryokan neither serve food to the room nor have a restaurant for dinner. They only serve food to the Japanese style rooms. The hotel staff was helpful, pointing me to place where I could find food. Also, they have free bicycles that I could move around with. さらに表示

The hotel seems to appreciate only Japanese visitors. People should be warned that it is ESSENTIAL to book meals when booking the room as we were not able to have any food. It is extremely difficult to find a restaurant in Kinosaki open after 5 in the evening. さらに表示
