立地条件はよく、ホテルも清潔だった。 ロビーに本があったり暖炉があったり、スタッフの対応もよくとても印象はよかった。 冬なので仕方のないことだが、部屋は寒く暖房をつけるとものすごく乾燥して困った。　布団も掛け布団一枚だったが、毛布などの対応が欲しかった。 貸切露天風呂に子供用のおもちゃがあって、それがカビていた。　 料理のコース以外のメニューの案内がなかった。 クリスマス中の連泊だったので、１日位は地元料理をクリスマスアレンジしてほしかった。 アゴダだとけっこう高い金額であったが、総合的にその金額相応だったと思えませんでした。 さらに表示

殆どが外国の人と言うのも納得が出来るような旅館でした 玄関に入った時からその佇まいが日本的で 気に入りました。落ち着いた古い日本建築の黒い艶のある柱は必ず外国人の気に入る事でしょう。 佇まいの通りスタッフの方もとても親切でした。日本人でも訪れてみたい こじんまりした旅館の良さをもっていると思います。 さらに表示

This hotel was AMAZING!! Staff was awesome and super kind. Breakfast was different everyday, super delicious, and very filling. The rooms were clean and the location is very convenient with the JR station and other attractions close by. Overall, this is a really great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to people who want a more traditional Japanese hotel when visiting Takayama. さらに表示

Love this ryokan. We receive a very warm welcome upon arrival. We were served tea and dessert. Check in was very personalised. We were seated, served drinks while they present the check in forms and keys and explained the procedure. Yukatas were provided free of charge and they helped us dressed up for our tour if the Old Town. Love the onsen too. Man and woman separated. Overall very good experience. Great place to stay. One and a half short blocks from the train and bus stations. They have lots of English speaking staff that are so helpful and cordial. Fun place, really nice Ibsen, spacious rooms and fantastic delicious food. さらに表示

A very traditional Japanese ryokan, well located for those with a JR pass... Its a 5 minute walk to the historic quarter via a flat, pleasant walk. Both the ryokan and the town made this stay one of the highlights of our trip to Japan さらに表示

This place is just perfect! The location is super near to the Takayama bus station. The ryokan is very beautiful. When we checked in , they gave us a set of green tea and dessert. The staff is really nice , helpful and speaks fluent english. The room I stayed in has a private bath and a separate toilet. The staff who showed us our room , explained everything about the facility very clearly. This ryokan also offers a private onsen which can be reserved beforehand. If you have any question , just ask the staff! They are more than eager to help you out! They even asked us where we were going next , gave us the map and recommend places we should visit. It is the most fantastic ryokan experience I’ve ever had:) Definitely coming back here~ I will recommend this ryokan to all of my friends and family who are going to Takayama~ さらに表示

The Ryokan is just 5-8minutes walked from the JR station. The staff is very polite and helpful. It’s very clean and the bed is comfortable. Room size is big. This Ryokan provide free rental for Yudaka. Thank you for this pleasant stay! さらに表示

My second stay here and definitely not the last. Beautiful ryokan with the perfect blend of traditional Japanese decor and modern amenities. First class Japanese style breakfast, very clean, wonderful onsens, and located just several minutes walk from Takayama station. But I really must commend the staff. They actually could remember my wife and I from 2 years ago! Very attentive, very proactive, always anticipating our needs, always greeting us when we came in and seeing us off when we left. Most of them can speak decent English, and they always made the effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. These guys should give a masterclass in hospitality. Will be back here again for sure and cant wait to say hello to these wonderful people again. さらに表示

Upon arriving the ryokan, we were greeted very warmly by the staffs and ofcause serving us Japanese tea and very warm hospitality. I need to thank all the staffs at Oyado. You made this ryokan very outstanding. Very friendly and polite. The private onsen is a must. It is so cheap only 1000 yen something for 40 mins. Location is so near from the train staion and on the quite road so it is easy to go to many attractions. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you. さらに表示

The staffs are super polite and they gave a wonderful and descriptive introduction to their facilities in English! There are welcoming drink and dessert, so sweet! Takayama is a place that one should visit if they love Tokyo. My Japanese friend recommended your hotel. I should say that though this hotel is very old, but it is well taken care of. The hotel corridor is very nice and bright. But what attracted me is the service of the staff. I will give them a 5 stars or 9/10. Impeccable service and all staff are well trained to multi task. I was amazed that the. Place is so clean and also very private. I took two friends to visit me at the loony. They were being served drinks and snacks. They are very service orientated. My suggestion is that the hotel needs to provide more towels in the room. I find that the quality of towels need to improve as it is too thin. Besides this, this place is superb. I strongly recommend this hotel to those that have the budget and stay here. さらに表示
