　12月3日4日と二日間お世話になりました。一人旅であるにも拘わらず、無理をお願いして二晩とも囲炉裏での夕食をお願いしました。一人で8人分くらいの席を占領してしまうので、予約時にはなんとか一夜分だけとの約束でしたが、二晩とも囲炉裏で頂くことができました。夕食のみならず朝食迄も全く別の料理でした。風呂も適温で、湯船の底の尻を落とすと丁度首までの深さで、ゆっくり入っていられます。内湯続きの露天風呂は、そこに段差が無く、寝湯迄スム－スに進めます。寝湯の下には本流に流れ込む急な斜面の渓流で、非常に雰囲気があります。チャック時刻前の出迎え、少し離れた場所にある露天風呂へタクシ－が直ぐ来ないと分かりその送迎、何から何まで心配りと気遣いの宿でした。朝食は全ての宿泊客が集まりますが、こんなに宿泊客が居たのかと驚くほど、静寂と落ち着きに包まれた宿です。若女将が子育てに忙しいと挨拶にありましたが、スタッフの皆さんだけで十二分に若女将の心遣いの伝わる人達を揃えているなと感心しました。一人旅でしたので、夕食時に様々お話をして頂いた、田辺さん、財前さん本当に有り難うございました。心よりお心遣いに感謝します。12月末日には定年退職しますので、旅館の空いている日に亦、宿泊したいと思っています。有り難うございました。 さらに表示

I will consider this a value for money for the facilities and the services it provide at the ryokan. Dinner experience is amazing, both the food and staff. Onsen is not crowded(weekday), able to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere early in the morning all alone. The staffs are very friendly and can speak fluent English, we feel very welcomed. They also recommended restaurant nearby while knowing we did not book their in-house dinner. We had their breakfast which I find it nice, I enjoyed a lot here! さらに表示

The place is near the bus stop. They will pick you up when you get off the bus, they also will send you to the bus stop. The staves are polite and helpful, they have a Chinese and Korean speakers. The room is very huge and comfortable. さらに表示

- Great environment- It is a very clean, tidy and quite place surrounded by bamboo and trees. A great place to relax yourself. If you walk out from here, there are more onsen hotel. You can wear Yukata to walk around and see sakura along the way. - Great services- the services from front desk staff and the waiters are excellent. They are very helpful and professional. If coming from Kumamoto, if you’re not carrying too much luggage, walk toward the service station, turn left and walk down the stairs and Ryokan Wakaba is on the right. It takes you straight to the entrance. If you have too much luggage, go across the street from the gas station. Walk down the road, go through the tunnel and turn right for the entrance to Ryokan Wakaba. If coming from Beppu, walk down hill, turn left and go down the side road, through the tunnel. Ryokan Wakaba is an excellent ryokan. Lots of staff speak a little English so it is very helpful. Great service in a comfortable setting The rotenburo is really nice as it sits right next to a cascading waterfall. Relax to the roaring of the water rushing down or stay inside for a quieter relaxing soak. They serve excellent meals. I had a great stay. さらに表示
