This hotel is a mix of traditional and modern Japanese style lodging. Great for travelers who had never tried a tatami stay but needs a private in room western toilet. Do note that the hotel is not open 24 hours and guests need to return to the hotel by 12.30am at night. さらに表示

We wanted to experience the traditional Japanese style of living hence we opted for a ryokan. Best choice for an experience but there were so many rules. Each day we had to leave our rooms by 10am so they could redo and clean our rooms. We had to return before 10pm otherwise we would be locked out of the hotel. Booked this ryokan hoping that I could give my parents a great experience of Japanese Ryokan hospitality but disappointed! Room wasn't well-maintain, staff couldn't speak english at all and less friendly, didn't experience any warm hospitality compared to another ryokan I stayed. 櫃臺先生只會說日文，幸好客房服務的小姐會說一點點。最令人覺得不便的是不能寄放行李，只好一早check out之後把行李拉到車站投幣式行李櫃寄放，玩完了再回車站拿。房間乾淨但浴廁很小，雖然有提供名店生八橋點心，但聞到味道就知道不要吃，也絕對不要去買。 さらに表示

직원들의 친철은 정말 말 할 필요가 없습니다.
다만 커텐이 없어서 아침에 늦잠을 자고 싶어도 햇살에 눈이 떠지게 되네요.
교토역에서 무지 가까워서 좋습니다만 새벽까지 놀다 들어갈 수가 없어요.
