今回で2回目の宿泊でしたが、指摘した所が改善されていました。秋らしい献立はとても素晴らしく堪能出来ました。大浴場の古臭い洗い場が見事に改善されていました。洗剤臭い食器類も完璧に改善されていました。離れの部屋がだいぶ古くなっているのが少し気になりました。カミソリは置いて欲しいですね。とても良い宿です。 さらに表示

Brilliant environment and best 一泊二食 i ever tried, certain worth the price. We stayed in the super spacious villa with private outdoor onsen and indoor bath. Dinner was served inside the villa. Our female guests were also very impressed by the male server, who also prepared our beds! According to Female Guest A, this is the 精華 of the whole Kagoshima trip! Excited! さらに表示

Loved their hotel so much and absolutely recommend it!! Their staff are very friendly and helpful even they speak limited English. Free shuttle service for both coming and leaving gave us no hassle of finding our ways. Deserve 5 stars! さらに表示

The hotel and the staff is very good. The environment is very comfortable. Although the staff from agoda made the room reservation, the staff from the hotel was trying to help. Even the staff is not good at speaking English, but they present to us the most welcome attitude and helping us to solve the problem. さらに表示

Service & food/breakfast are excellent, though dinner little bit expensive. Room clean & size fit for us, 3 people. Hotel is calm (if u want to skip from too many people), a supermarket at opposite side, 2 minutes walking distance. Though not close to train station and bus stops, Hotel has car free pick up/delivery service. Just 1 item, spring water pools size not that big, but there are 4 pools. さらに表示
