設備が老朽化しており、人手も不足しているのか、メンテナンスも微妙で、今後が心配でした。もはや、合宿用施設となってしまっています。 さらに表示

環境が良く、素晴らしいのですが、細かなメンテナンスができてない気がします。 部屋のトイレのタンクが水漏れしていて、ずっと音がしていました。 スタッフにお願いしましたが、外出して帰っても治ってないので、フロントに連絡したら 初めて、嫌なら部屋を変えます。との回答。別にクレーマーじゃないし。 パジャマに着替えたが、素肌で着ると刺激がありTシャツがないと着てられない。部屋着なのに・・・ 嫁は、嫌がって自分のパジャマを着た。 風呂に入って、驚いたが 洗い場のついたてが、奥行きがないので、隣の人のシャワーがガンガンかかってくる。これは仕方ないとしても 洗い場の前に蓋なしの5㎝深くらいの排水溝が切ってあるのだが、間違って足を入れてしまって驚いた すごくぬめっている。ここは、一番掃除が必要なところだろ？って思ってしまった。 高級リゾートとは思えないガッカリ度だった。 さらに表示

Very clean, staff very polite although almost no one speaks english... But very close and very easy access to the ski gondola! Lockers to put your stuff! Everything was great Rooms are not modern, and the place needs a renovation but the rest was good さらに表示

We would like to come back during the snow season, this was a short stop for us as we were travelling through, we did enjoy the quietness of the hotel during the off season, think it would be very busy during the winter months. さらに表示

This large resort would have much more atmosphere and activities in the ski season but we enjoyed the quiet of spring. The resort shows general wear and tear but the room was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was ok but “hot” food wasn’t hot, probably because we went there towards the end of the breakfast time. There’s a choice of French or Japanese dinner menus or the shop sells limited snacks. The resort is very close to Bear Mountain, which was why we chose to stay at the resort. さらに表示

This is another ski resort type place. The property is quite big but while having theme restaurants, breakfast are typical mess-hall buffet breakfast, nothing to shout about. The room, well, after 10 days, it does not leave much of an impression on me. nothing great, nothing terribly bad either. Really enjoy the onsen. We woke up early at 3am and set off by driving to nearly Unkai Terrace. Its a shame we do not have time to visit the bear park. If you want to save money, should buy food to eat before reaching the hotel. さらに表示

As Sahoro Resort is located within skiing grounds, the hotel is prepared for large crowds. The rooms assigned were pleasant and comfortable, view from room was blocked by a side wall but had a beautiful colored Autumn tree greeting us.
