17年12月オープンのホテル。まだ新しいのに京都の雰囲気がバンバン感じられる宿。スタッフの親切な対応、夕食、朝食も京料理が存分に味わえます。別途貸切風呂もありますが、部屋にあるヒノキ作りのお風呂は最高です。ヒノキの香り満載で癒されます。値段は少々高くつきますが、京都の観光スポットが徒歩数分で、立地としては最高の場所にあると思います。結局のところ非常にリーズナブルに感じられます。次回も京都の折にはリピしようと思います。 さらに表示

3歳の子供連れで止まったのですが、チェックイン時に子供のID提示もしたにもかかわらず、子供の食事が夕食朝食療法で用意していただけませんでした。。理由としては予約時に子供の食事が指定されなかったといわれました。この手の高級旅館なら言われなくても用意するなり、連絡を入れるなりすればいいのに、全くそういうことをせず、一貫して食事はありませんだけでした。 最終的には、別料金を払ってオムライスとうの簡単な食事を出してもらいました。 サービス最低、スタッフ教育も全然できてイな感じでした。 さらに表示

内風呂が大きな桧風呂でした。 おまけに入浴時に日本酒をお風呂に入れるなんて贅沢させてもらいました。 ただ、アメニティが3人それぞれにないものが一部あり、フロントで一つ足りない旨言ったのですが結局いただけませんでした。 部屋でお茶やコーヒーを飲んでも、食器洗い洗剤やスポンジがないのが残念。（今まで他のホテルでも見ていないけど・・・・） こんなことでフロントに新しいカップをくださいとは言いにくいちょっとのことなので、あればささっと洗って次を飲むのに気持ちよかったな。 部屋は静かで過ごしやすかったです。 老眼世代にはちょっと暗くて字が読みにくい電灯の明るさでしたが・・・。 さらに表示

宿泊前からとても親切に観光について相談にのってくれました。宿に着くと、グレードアップしてくださった部屋ということで、街並みが見え最高でした。夕食の料理も最高！美味しい、美味しいの連続でした。朝の早朝散歩もできて、清水寺はほとんど人がいなくてゆっくり見ることができました。本当にいい旅行になりました。ぜひ、また泊まりたいです。 さらに表示

両親と私達娘夫婦で1泊利用。歩いてすぐ観光に出れるし、先斗町で夕食後もタクシーですぐでした。腰痛の父はあまり歩けないんですが、ホテル目の前までタクシーも入れるので良かったです。施設もキレイだし、スタッフさんの気配りや、朝食も美味しかったです。若い女性スタッフも朝食時さりげなく話しかけてくださって、家族の時間をゆっくり過ごせました。夜は貸し切り風呂をお願いして満喫しました。ダイソンのドライヤーもあったりして快適でした。お部屋のお風呂も日本酒を入れたりできて良かったです。ラウンジもキレイで飲み物など揃ってました。いつも京都駅近くのホテルを利用する両親も、初めて祇園エリアに宿泊して満足してました。お篭りステイではなく、ある程度観光にも出れて外国人とか好きそうな雰囲気のホテルです。また泊まりたいホテルですね。ちなみに荷物は京都駅からの運搬サービスを利用しました。なので両日身軽で観光できました。 さらに表示

三寧坂を散策中、子供の体調が急変し、急遽坂のホテル京都へ戻りました。 ホテルの場所が近くで助かったことと、フロントスタッフの皆様には、献身的なサポートをしていただき感謝しかありません。 チェックイン前にも関わらず、急いで準備していただき、布団まで用意してもらいました。 その後は、体調も回復し、楽しい思い出を残すことができました。 設備も食事も良かったことは言うまでもなく、家族もまたここに泊まりたいと高評価でした。選んで良かったです。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

I had a wonderful stay and memories in Kyoto and this hotel was a big part of it. Check in was smooth and the staff gave good recommendations on dining and where to go about. The room was wonderful and I love the wooden bath tub! It’s located a bit far out from the city but most of the shrines are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was the pillow. Tried the private onsen but felt that it was not very special. It was relaxing but not worthy of the cost. The kaiseki dinner really wowed us. We had a fantastic dinner which was the highlight of the stay. Overall, I would recommend. さらに表示

This is the best hotel my wife and I stayed during our trip to Japan. Rooms were spacious, staff were super friendly and helpful, the private onsen and attention to detail of service was top notch! Really enjoyed our stay there. Japanese style with a modern touch. Spacious room (we booked the Moderate Double Room), got a Japanese style wooden bathtub (loved it, they offered sake bath), comfortable bed, high quality amenities including heated eye masks. There’s a lounge area for complimentary Prosecco, juice, coffee and tea and snacks. Our room included breakfast and Kaiseki dinner - do not miss out on these if your budget allows. Great experience of traditional Japanese meals. The dinner was 7-course and every dish was AMAZINGLY presented and very tasty. Excellent service from the hotel staff. Great hotel with nice designs. The amenities and complimentary in this hotel is very good. The hotel location is about a 15-20 min walk from Gion. The hotel staff were all very helpful and polite, but I feel that the hotel may be a bit understaffed. さらに表示

Wonderful hotel with a relaxing feel. We had 2 children in our room on futons. The location was walking distance to lots of places to eat and areas of interest. The evening drinks and coffees was a really nice touch. The wooden bath with sake was a lovely addition. This was truly a lovely hotel. We didn’t eat at this hotel so we can’t comment. さらに表示

Rooms were wonderful, spacious, with wooden bathtub. Clean but for some reason, it's a little but dusty in the corridors. Staff were amazing. Location is just what we wanted. Quiet, away from the city but still walking distance to the shrine. Not close to the subway station though. Food was great too. Had a memorable time there さらに表示
