agodaを通じて沢山の宿泊を予約し、実際に宿泊をしてきました。その中でもワースト３に入る酷さです。 まず1番目、前日までに宿泊に関する詳細を教えてもらえず、当日はドキドキしながら出かけましたが、記載されている電話番号にかけても「使われておりません」。agodaのデスクに電話をし、対応してもらいました。 ２番目、駅から遠い。重い荷物を持って行くのは大変な場所です。天気良かったので幸いでしたが、雨降りだとタクシーの適用場所になると思います。何度も往復するのが大変でした。コンビニエンスストアも距離があります。 ３番目、洗濯機やキッチン用品（ナイフや簡易まな板）がありません。皿もお椀２つ。これで何を食べろというのかな、と思いました。 トイレもウオッシュレットがなく、寒い中で冷たい便座。布団やまくらはおっさん臭がひどくて夜中に目が覚めました。２番以降はきちんと調べなかった自分が悪いですが、アパートメントの良さは何といっても、一人暮らしの雰囲気が楽しめるところだと思います。洗濯も料理も出来ないうえに、知らないおっさんの臭い嗅ぎながら眠るなんて、お金払いたくないですよ。 さらに表示

With this you'll have a cheaper apartment with clean room, private bathroom, and amenities. However, you have to walk quite a bit from the nearest JR Station and no laundromat around the neighborhood. This is quite irritating because no washing machine in the property. If I'd go back to Tokyo, I'll prefer looking for another place, however this is an O.K. place after all. さらに表示

We stayed in this room for 2days just recently! The host was very friendly and he helped us out showing around the room. The room itself was ok, we had enough space to leave our luggages on the floor. The kitchen could have a bit more equipment to be honest..we went to the shop to buy some bread and some watermelon but we couldn’t slice the bread or the melon as there was no knife in the kitchen which was a bit disappointing. The building has very thin walls so you will hear everything from the other rooms. I would highly recommend the host to wipe the air conditioner as there is a lot of dust on it on top and it stinks when you turn it on. Overall i think it’s a good price to stay in Tokyo! さらに表示

When we arrived we were very disappointed because a lot of bags of garbage were stored in front of the door, maybe since several days because there's a bad smell..... But anyway the room was very clean, and clear large enough for the luggages. The owner is kind and apologised for the garbage.... さらに表示

The host is very nice and helpful. He brought us to our room and explained about usage of facilities. We can contact him with a phone provided at the front door. However, sometimes he is not around there. So I recommend that you ask him to understand clearly about how we can contact him in the case of emergency. さらに表示
