チェックインの方法も、滞在する部屋番号も詳細もらえないので、フロントでチェックインをするタイプの宿泊先だと思って行った。 行くと無人のアパートで、部屋も分からず、本当に合っているかもわからず、アプリ上には電話番号が載せられていなかったし、メールに記載されているカカオトークのアカウントに連絡するも無反応。 宿泊は不可能。5人のグループでの宿泊だったのに露頭に迷う。。 後に来たチェックアウトを再通知するメールに意義申し立てすると、「無人アパートなのでセルフで入ってください」と入り方の詳細のPDFが送られてくる。 普通は事前に送られていたのか念のために確認すると、当日の17時に送信しましたと言ってきた。チェックイン時間は16時からなのに17時に送っている時点でお客をナメているのか頭がおかしいし、17時に送られてもいないし。 不幸中の幸で、返金には応じたが、費やした時間、交通費、返せよ！！！！！！！ 強く強くおすすめしません。 二度と同じような被害者が出ませんように。 アーメン さらに表示

We were given an apartment very near Doton Plaza. It was smaller than expected but acceptable. The room is clean. Walking distance to the food district Dotonbori and shopping district Shinsaibashi. The house keeper was very kind to give us umbrellas since it was raining when we checked out. さらに表示

We were just lucky to have a Japanese friend who helped us call the staff on the phone number written on the wall to find out the room number and how to get in . Without them it would have been a big problem for traveller like us who does not speak their language. The building itself is hard to find. There was no cleared instruction sent on email on how to self check -in. To other traveller, be aware of self check-in. さらに表示

I'm a frequent traveler and I've seen a lot of bad hotels or Air B&Bs. Up until now, I think this place takes the cake for the worse service ever. TLDR version; Trip postponed, look for a one night accommodation, stumbled upon this, placed booking, went to place, couldn't find on G-maps, found the place after asking around, door unlocked but place is dirty, informed management, management told to come back later, obliged, saw a lock, asked for password, management send me document that can't be opened, asked again, same reply. Went to walk around osaka, went to place at a later time (informed management that I am heading over since they mentioned that they'll collect money from me at my place), room was locked, can't go in, asked for password, no reply, send email, no reply, waited for an hour, still no reply. 제목 그대로입니다 돈 좀만 더 내고 호텔 가세요 사진이랑 너무 달라요.. 사기 당한 기분이에요 처음 들어갔을때부터 냄새나고 들어가는 입구부터 엘레베이터 하며 복도 하며 그냥 공사장 같아요 그리고 방 안에서 냄새나서 없애려고 나가서 디퓨저까지 사왔어요 오래 된거 같은데 리모델링 하세요 ㅠㅠ 진짜 さらに表示

只是每床只有一个枕头而已。如果能多给会更舒服。 さらに表示

配套设施老旧，床垫弹簧都断的了， 空调也有问题，开2小时就会自动关闭，整晚就不用睡觉不停开空调，浴缸下面不知道垫的什么也无法使用，只能临时住下.不建议常住，简直煎熬 さらに表示
