We extend our stay for another 1 nights and we request for the second day to clean our room but they say no cleaning they only give new towel. We want to extend again for another night's but if we stay in the 3rd day our room its dirty so that we deside to stay to another hotel. Nice hotel and cheap but good only for 1 nights さらに表示

The good: checking in after 6pm was a breeze and they replied my queries veru swiftly. Clean towels were provided daily and toiletries were also provided. The room for 3 i booked can fit 4 as there is an extra sofabed. Great view of the river. Quiet atmosphere at night and not on a busy street. Away from happening and noisy areas. They were nice enough to allow us to store our luggage after checking out as our flight were at night. The bad: quite a distance (10mins at least) from the nearest main station and it will be a challenge for families with kids or older people carrying luggage. A little out from the nearest convenient store and nearest attraction (dotonbori). All in all, it is a good place for a group of people to stay. Just might have to walk a bit to anywhere (10-15 mins at least). さらに表示

A mixed experience. I would recommend for a friend but only if the friend was aware of the limitations. A major plus for me was allowance of early check-in after a night flight; that balanced some negatives. The room was reasonable value for the money and was larger than most of the hotel rooms I encountered in Japan. There were two single beds. The layout is odd, with a separate internal windowless toilet, a handbasin and mirror in the main room and a tiny separate shower room including a child-size bathtub. Location was reasonable, a fifteen minute walk from Dotonbori or the Namba stations. The reception time limitations were a problem with no reception before 10 am or after 7pm. There was no reading light and none was supplied after I requested one, no complimentary water nor tea/coffee sachets. I cannot recall ever staying in another hotel room with so many different posted warnings telling me what I should not do. さらに表示

唯一一個小小的缺點是我們剛好住面對馬路的房間，晚上睡覺時可能會被吵到，如果下次能面對河畔相信會更好～我與朋友們下次來日本還會考慮這家店的～住起來真的很舒適 さらに表示

1월말에 가족들이랑 여행을 가게되어 2박 묵게되었습니다 오전 11시쯤 도착했는데도 체크인해주셨고 리버뷰로 배정해주셔서 숙박했던 2일동안 너무편안했고 뷰도너무 좋았습니다 도톤보리 시내랑은 걸어서 10분? 정도였고 접근성도 좋아서 다시 오사카가면 방문할 예정입니다! さらに表示

가족 여행객입니다. 난바역, 도톤보리가 가까워 편하게 이용할수 있었네요 근처에 편의점도 가깝고요 청결하고 방도 넓어서 짐 펼치고 지냈어요 한국인 스탭분도 너무 친절하고요 정말 10점 만점에 9.5점입니다. 딱 한가지 단점은 제가 사용한방은 401호인데 유리창은 엄청큰데 보이는건 다른 건물뿐이라 커튼을 계속치고 있었어요 그것빼고는 다 좋았습니다. さらに表示

한국어 가능한 직원분이 계세요. 7시 이후에 체크인 해야하는 상황이었어요. 운 좋게도 미리 청소가 되어 있어서 1시쯤 체크인하고 유니버셜 갔습니다. 위치는 조금만 걸어가면 도톤보리 주변이구요 ㅎㅎ 다만 매일 왔다 갔다 하니까 도톤보리 중심이 있었으면 좋겠다~ 하는 욕심이 생깁니다. 위치는 아주 좋고 뷰도 짱입니다. 전자렌지 원래 없는것 인지 못찾은 것인지 사용 하지 못하였고, 잘때 구급차 소리가 많이 들려요. 근데 넘 피곤해서 그냥 뻗어서 ㅎㅎ 신경 안쓰였습니다. 청소는 안해주시는데 알아서 매일 쓰고 쓰레기랑 머리카락만 치워놔도 쓸만합니다. 타월은 바꿔달라고 프론트에 말씀하셔야해요. 어린 초등학생 사촌들과 3이서 떠난 여행이였는데 넘 만족한 숙소 였어요~ 택시타고 오기에도 좋구요. 여기 오시려며 라피트 말고 리무진 버스타고 OCAT 에 내리면됩니다. 메일로 ocat에서 숙소까지 동영상 찍어주셔서 바로 찾았습니다. さらに表示

4시 체크인은 별로입니다. 가방을 리셉션에 맡겨두고 놀다오고나서 문이닫혀있어 처음엔 당황했습니다. 메일로 주고받습니다. 메일함을 확인하고서야 들어갈수있는 방법이 있었습니다. 시설은 깨끗합니다. 가격도 나름 저렴한편입니다 리버뷰를원했지만 씨티뷰로 주셨습니다. 도톤보리와 거리는 걸어서10분 정도걸립니다. さらに表示

난바 중심지랑은 좀 걸리고 ocat출구 쪽으로 나오면 5분정도면 도착하는 거리라서 좋음 근처에 대형마트도 5분 거리에있어서 편함 직원분들은 한국분들이셔서 못하는 일본어로 똥꼬쇼 안해도 되서 좋았음 さらに表示
