初めて宿泊させていただきました。マンションをリノベーションしたようなお部屋だったので、友人の部屋に来たような気分になり、リラックスして過ごすことができました。 水まわりも比較的綺麗でしたが、タオルが入っていたカゴの中に虫がいて、そこがマイナスポイントでした。それを除けば、全体的に満足です。一人旅にぴったりだと感じました。 さらに表示

Value for Money: Cheapest compare to the other hostel or hotel around Kyoto. The staff will ask you to pay around 200 yen per night for tax accommodation. Location: 10 minutes walk from the nearest station. Quite far from the station. Lawson and 7'11 the nearest convinient stores. 210 yen from Nishioji station to Kyoto station. Cleanliness: Super clean, the room is spacious, hot and cold water in the bathrooms. Staff: Accomodating Facilities: Don't expect too much. The lobby and elavator is small. No free toothbrush, toothpaste, tea or coffee. No rice cooker or stove for those interested to cook their food. Washing machine is also available but I don't know if you need to pay for an extra charges. さらに表示

When we checked in, we had to pay for another government related tax amount which was not mentioned in the Agoda booking process. I have seen other hotels provide this information on Agoda. When I asked the person in charge to update their Agoda booking details with this tax information, his response was a sarcastic big laugh, which was very disappointing. Apart from above, the place was worth the price and clean. If you stay here, I recommend dining at nearby Kurasushi Nishioji Shichijo Store, which offered Sushi on conveyor belt and other Japanese food at very affordable prices. さらに表示

We wanted to stay at an accommodation where we can stay like home, but it was very inconvenient because it had only one small side low table in a family room, which is impossible for more than 2 people to eat sitting. Beds are super hard with almost bare spring mattress, which should have thick mattress on top. No chairs. Need more kitchen supply like toaster oven and cooking pot. It definitely needs proper house cleaning. Kitchen supply is really dirty, and a room and hallway need to be cleaned better. Male staff were fine, but a Chinese speaking female staff was very rude and has no customer service spirit. This place is good because of the price and location, not for the quality. because of Sakura season, it is difficult to reserve proper room. and i think i paid more than the off-season prices. but i am satisfied. i reserved ‘Triple room with private bathroom’. that was clean, cozy and comfortable room. there were fridge, sink, microwave, coffeepot, washing machine, air conditioner, clean beddings, cups, plates, enough towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash..etc. the staff is very friendly. you can go there by bus or JR train(next to Kyoto sta.). さらに表示

Pros: it was okay. Nothing fancy. Check in was fast and they spoke very good English. Closest train station was 12min walk away. Cheap bike rental! 500 yen for half day or 1000 yen for full day, no deposit required. And they have pocket WiFi rental for 500 yen a day. Pretty good value. Cons: wasn't really close to anything. Restaurants in the area were few and far between. There was mould in the kitchen cupboards. I guess it doesn't really matter if you don't plan to do any cooking during your stay or if that kind of thing doesn't bother you but at more than aud$200 per night I kind of expected a better standard. さらに表示

We had the family room, 2 beds and 2 floor mattresses. I think all were equally hard, though you could feel the springs in the beds, so double minus. The room was incredibly small, but you get what you pay for. You'll have to take a bus or walk to the subway to get most places, but we didn't mind this. Kyoto is a very nice city to walk. Typhoon was on the verge of hitting, he reminded us to come back earlier. Had all the bus maps which was extremely useful for us to get round the area. Will definitely recommend this location again! さらに表示

Stayed here on a hiking holiday. A few steps further out of town than other guesthouses, but more than made up for by great quality, comfort, quiet, and good food. They made two vegan meals for us that were truely memorable. Thank you! さらに表示
