すごく良い
なんと言っても安い。ホテルは駐車場がないが、大国町公園周辺では一晩300円。チェックインは従業員いない為、部屋前まで行きコードを入れるとボックスが開き鍵をとるシステム。 部屋もキレイだし、快適な一晩。スーパーも近いのがありがたい。 さらに表示

部屋は広く静かでよかったが、シャワールームのドアが、外れていて使いずらかったし、所々壁紙がはがれていた。 窓を開けると、隣の壁なのも、残念だった。 ソファはクッションが沈みすぎて、あまり良くない。 階段も傾斜がきつめで、キャリーバックなどを運ぶのには、苦労しそう。 部屋に入った時も、靴をどこに置くか分り難い。 予約した時から、メールなどの連絡のみで、システムの案内などもYouTubeでの説明でした。 コストを抑えるのも、インバウンドのお客さんが多いのも、原因なんでしょうが、もう少し、親切に対応してほしかった。 さらに表示

Room is spacious, location is excellent, easy to find bus stations, walk to the city center within 20 minutes. Room service can be improved, no one asked if we need tissue boxes or not from the first day till the end. Room facility is acceptable. さらに表示

Pros: 1. Very close to Daikokucho station (subway) 2. Spacious & clean room 3. Has balcony, clothing rack to hang/ dry your clothes. Washing machine & detergent powder in the washroom 4. Has a fridge, cooking stove, pans, plates, cups, microwave & dish washing area. 5. Fast wifi connection. 6. 2 units of air-cond. Cons: 1. I know lift is unavailable, but did not aware that the stairs were very narrow. Imagine dragging a 20kg luggage up to a room at 4th floor 2. Check-in & check-out are "self-service". Not staff at the Residence in case you need help. 3. A little difficult in communication. Even though there is a luggage storage room, but the staff answering to our Agoda message was like "we do not has luggage storage service after you've checked out, please use the coin locker at Daikokucho station". Luckily, we saw a middle-aged man when we checked out at 9am, he agreed to let us keep our luggage for free. さらに表示

This apartment is just superb.. the bathroom is really spacious and modern.. everything you need is basically there... There's just one down point : the stairs. They only have stairs and it has no rail to hold on to which kind of scary especially when you go with elders or big luggage さらに表示
